Bones, Rabbit and Cackknife are either paid for derampers, or are sad bit-players with no proper money to invest or else why would they be faffing about all day on a stock they don’t like on BBs?! They could even be the same person with nothing better to do during the advert breaks in their sad daytime TV schedule. If they were in the business of making money they wouldn’t have time for their multiple repetitive posts. Best ignore them, like the sad loud pub drunk sitting on their own, wondering why.

Hpcg is clueless and whilst he posts absolute rubbish, the train has left the station with Pro on his cycle chasing it.

No free stock charts available from me as I read tea bags for my insight

10km production well, says it all really. A few days ago you were saying 8000, -10,000ft would not be achievable. Just cause you don't understand how you would model EUR's etc using poro/perm data doesn't make it wizardry.A frac with no proppant. A well with no fracs, you are making this stuff up as you go along.

Forwood 10% decline is the conventional measure. Assuming 625 after clean up: then 625 year 1 (228125 bl), 562 year 2 (205312), 506 year 3 (184781), 455 year 4 (166303) for a cumulative 785,000 bl at 365 days per year production. At $80/bl received would be $62m revenue which would certainly be commercial. That would account for downtime and intervention cost such as installing ESPs. Whether that would cover drilling gas injection wells is more difficult to say.

For that to occur the reservoir fluid content would need to be basically the composition we see now and for the lighter molecules to be travelling with the oil in solution. That just seems unlikely. Eagle Ford condensate wells typically decline 60-70% in the first year.

10km production wells would produce more but the upfront cost is higher - their experience so far suggests they may be less economical than shorter wells but that is a calculation too far at this juncture as we simply don't know how long it will take.

It probably won't be in the final draft, but as an expert on negativity maybe you could add a question you would like answered, you know actually contribute to the discussion? You're the proverbial bad penny who only does abject negativity at all times.

I cannot believe one of the Qs to be put to the BoD at the webinar is what the BoD think about somebody living overseas on Twitter posting a passport photo of random guy in Dubai and saying it is Scot126, an anonymous poster on the ADVFN bulletin boards. What exactly do you want them to do here? Engage in bulletin board and Twitter wars or waste time writing letters about them, or would you rather they focus on delivering objectives, and leave the cheerleaders to fight their own online battles? What if they say something negative in a webinar about one of these individuals and end up in litigation themselves over it?

what does 'no appreciable decline' mean to you hpcg, as 10% annually is often quoted as 'normal'?

bulltradept - r.e. 419, because the in-place numbers are so large. At a second degree they might also think it is a good deal because the exploration risk is low, certainly after the first verticals. What they have missed is that the development risk is off the charts. With low porosity HC flow is dependent on permeability linking the pores. Hence the high pressure frack. Beyond that frankly it is wizardry or more practically trial and error, and that is if any stimulation will work.

Done properly the first horizontal should have been tested without any stimulation to get a baseline. PANR couldn't afford that though as they had to demonstrate commerciality on the first shot; not just afford the money but also how the share price would be affected. Ideally one would spend a couple of hundred million dollars or more over a few years trying assorted stimulation methods. One also has to be prepared after that time to walk away. I would have thought a propant free high pressure frack would be worth a go for example. Conceivably nothing works well enough. Equally before any proper evaluation can be made the natural decline curve must be observed. That said the current well would need no appreciable decline for 4 years to be commercial.

Morning bigdazzlerreturns2,

A question if I may. What is it which attracts the retail crowd to such a gamble which PANR really is?

I ask myself this a surely there are much better candidates out there in the O&G space?

Haha yes JakNife I am so panicked. I have not considered risk reward at all and not position myself accordingly. Only the famous JakNife can do that. Here is a challenge go and find one post of mine where I have claimed the share will 'boom/rocket/shoot to the stars'. Please note at least I have standards.

Well I must say I'm absolutely floored by your comeback here Truly. Knocked me for 6! Completely exposed me for the shambolic investor that I am. You couldn't lend me a few quid so i can upgrade here and use the slow, clunky software to boost my chances of success could you? I've been using tea leaves, runes, and buzz words like 'death spiral' to guide my investments until now. TIA
