19/5/2022 10:12 | Sorry but why do so many of you on here obsess about the ramblings of a certain individual who has no proven track record in O&G ? | quazie12
19/5/2022 10:03 | I'm holding my TXP for the next few weeks and hope to do well on that and see a £1.20 target for me so holding that for the moment. we have our 50k buyer pushing up the offer ...who knows we could finish blue ! | sirmark
19/5/2022 10:02 | PRO - "the market downturn has not even got into full swing yet." Maybe there is more to come PRO, but not the energy sector IMHO. I have been long energy/short tech since February. My timing was not the best but still worked out overall. 24000? I don't see the DOW going through 30000 but who knows. Remember 2020, when some thought the world was going to end? That is what it took to push below 24000. What we have coming is nothing compared to that. The S&P 500 has a lot of stocks that will do just fine in a high inflationary period, and I am not convinced that we are entering a period of long term high inflation. Now we have a I am starting to close my NASDAQ short but staying long energy. With China opening up again soon and little chance of Russian oil being acceptable to western markets for a long time I do not see prices falling significantly. Sirmark, I could not buy online but added a DEC22 spreadbet @98 @ 09:19 Oddly enough I would normally have to sell shares to trigger rise in the SP, but maybe I have suffered enough this week. | dhb368
19/5/2022 09:55 | Trying to sell txp, but no buyer there. Hoping to open more positions here ;) | maxxy1
19/5/2022 09:54 | Big buy orders 200k just gone through another 100k on the book.. | sirmark
19/5/2022 09:53 | As my Dad used to quip when dealing poker at the end of the evening: Time for all the shoe clerks to get out :) | westx
19/5/2022 09:49 | “ remember Man Utd 4 years ago ?“ ( different team different manager different financial position) A man cannot swim in the same river twice He will not be the same man And it will not be the same river Confucius | sandcrab2
19/5/2022 09:48 | Pro_S2009 19 May '22 - 09:42 - 26530 of 26531 "dhb360, the market downturn has not even got into full swing yet. DOW to 24,000 level in the months ahead." I know I shouldn't but based on what exactly please? Let's see if you can give a prediction which will come true. What do you define as months and why is 24000 Dow such a magical number? | bulltradept
19/5/2022 09:48 | Let us remind ourselves that when the share price was given a good kicking by our resident naysayer, a little more than 12 months ago now, it fell from the 40s to the low 30s, to recover rapidly thereafterThere is a pattern here, suggesting that such antics might be best taken with a pinch of salt or ignored altogether.Failure at Alkaid 1 and Alkaid 2 would of course undoubtedly send the share price tumbling, but success on the other hand will lead to multiples of the current price. It is a balanced risk, as we all know.AIMHO. | ottoman1453
19/5/2022 09:44 | Well done scot126, that goes with your 130p buys a couple of days ago and your buys of yesterday, all now red. | pro_s2009

19/5/2022 09:41 | Yes indeed, sirmark. 96.72p Maybe one day when I'm big and a grown up, I'll be a guru trader just like wot Prolapse is! | scot126
19/5/2022 09:41 | You do realise when you short a stock, you dont just dump it all the way down. You set up bull traps, suck the buyers in, lift the price up then sell it down again. Its all about selling for the highest possible price, and to do that, you need to create demand. Those buying the "recovery blip" yesterday morning lost a bucket load by yesterday afternoon........... | pro_s2009
19/5/2022 09:39 | Some wise owl once said "be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful" Buffett didn't mention what to do when fools appear, but he did say "What the wise do in the beginning, fools do in the end" so perhaps that fits PRO's late turn to cash, AFTER most of the market fall. He should make out on his PANR trade though. Don't leave it too long PRO... | dhb368
19/5/2022 09:38 | Did anyone manage to get some at 96p | sirmark
19/5/2022 09:37 | Level 2 now improving to the upside, £1.00+ again very shortly just a few under at the moment. | sirmark
19/5/2022 09:36 | Can someone remind me what 1200 barrels a day makes us? | rafthorney
19/5/2022 09:29 | Small volume yesterday and today compared to the drop, but that's the markets when holders panic. Nothing has change oil in pace still and oil at $110 and FULLY funded for our drills. I wish I had spare funds but other than liquidating some other positions which are down this morning doesn't seem the best move so I will sit tight watch the US buy the dip and watch us close £105+ as the buyers return with the knowledge they are buying at a 30/40% discount which was already a discount to the fair values £2.80 price targets. Rigs ordered and on schedule, just a matter of months to PROVE up and become a producer and show the world that all what we and the experts have said is true WE HAVE A WORLD CLASS oil find. 23,000,000,000 of oil in place. | sirmark
19/5/2022 09:28 | Don't listen to the voices in your head people, that's all pro is - the chatterings of your over reactive, non logical and prehistoric lizard brain. Hold. | evilblues
19/5/2022 09:28 | Big market sell off,so everyone gets caned. I,m guessing there are a lot of us who have not sold? Just a paper loss. | rafthorney
19/5/2022 09:27 | I think it may be useful to remember what happened April of last year. Price dropped from 40 to 23, without any particularly negative news flow. Over the summer the price recovered and by October was 80+, this without any drilling activity. I expect a similar pattern this time, accelerated by the imminent drill and extended test, and will be adding such funds as I have available. Hardest decision at the moment is timing the top up. The risk/reward for anyone buying in at this point has just improved markedly. I would argue that the company is in a far better position now. I do not think that anyone intelligent questions that Alkaid has oil, and has already had a successful test. That leaves the risk of technical problems with the drilling / completion - something present on every single drill. Pantheon have sufficient cash on hand to remedy any problems, if possible, or in worst case to move on to Alkaid 3 and try again. The idea that this is a one shot deal is ludicrous. | unlikely2
19/5/2022 09:25 | Rabito, yes I know they have zero production and zero reserves.......but they talk a good story and there are a lot of people underwater who will be averaging down. There is the scot126 PANR fan club who will be ramping and pumping this hard.....so at 79p its worth a shot. Only 17p more to lose to get down from 96p to 79p. | pro_s2009
19/5/2022 09:21 | Pro a buyer at 79p. Are you crazy Pantheon have no production, no reserves bla bla bla.At least you are honest about your dishonesty. You do make me chuckle, even on days like these. | rabito79 |
