What have Darwin got to do with Rab.?Also any decision for Rab in December has no direct bearing on us.We have settled their loan notes and interest.We are done with them, they're merely shareholders like us.If they force sell then it may affect the shareprice. But more likely they will do an off market transaction for all their OXS shares to another company (if it comes to that). Which will not affect us or the price as it will be an off market transaction.And it won't affect the arbitration.The only thing left to affect us now Is the Darwin funding, which is capped at 100k a month.Surely we can all live with that for a few months if needed.

No link with RAB I am aware of other than a director who worked for RAB joining Darwin in 2010.

Quite possible luckyman3... the only reality I'm comfortable with is... this arb process will come to an end. as with arms result last year coming out on the last day December . I feel comfortable to believe that is possible.
