From RS's indication of news soon, this is now nearly 2 months, so like many I expect news any day.I believe we've won on merits and the quantum is known, but drafting the finalisation which will be RNS'd shortly. December is nearly upon us!

Personally I will start following CHL after OXS decision. I would not say CHL is more or less risky. I can only say that OXS is closer to the verdict.

He promoting chl here because despite what he tries to claim above, his holding there is significantly more than his OXS.And chl is dropping.It's a long way behind OXS.And chl will need further funding as they dont have a litigation funder like OXS do.So how did chl fail to secure a litigation funder?Chl Risk vs reward was not as high as OXS.Chl case not as strong.Remember litigation funders such as calunius require a high probability of a win before they commit funding.Was chl seen as higher risk and therefore litigation funders turned them down?

Ross, Oxs decision is most likely ready but not released due to the ongoing investigation in another case. Chl decision has not been made yet. Fingers crossed for both to come good.

rossannan-i don't understand why you are promoting CHL on this thread-it's going to take sometime before we get a clearer picture of what's happening there.The interim hearing results are likely to come out in 1st qtr of 2016 and the company would hope for a full hearing at some point 2016.

Have you actually ever spoken to the company?

i've been invested in both for quite sometime,it's a fair assumption that OXS decision is coming first and quite soon...
