09/10/2015 10:41 | > wulber 9 Oct'15 - 09:23 - 25449 of 25476 Re your calculations, not dissimilar to mine, but I think with current expected dilution there will be more than 650m shares? My guestimates are 10% costs and 30% discount, based on 670m shares: $200m = 12.45pps $400m = 24.91pps $1200m = dreamland (the need to never work again, etc) | davius
09/10/2015 10:40 | dddt I have to say there appears to be a lot of truth in your observations. More importantly the market is proving you right which is ultimately what matters. | the stigologist
09/10/2015 10:37 | For all normal minded people the recent "hearing" as touted by the desperate on chl was not a hearing at all it was a 'procedural order' that was designed, and used by the indo's and succeeded in both wasting time and wasting chl cash. The allegation of forgery was laughable the Indo's did not even bother sending one of there main witness. The suggestion that this is anything other than a part of the poker game is just desperation on part of chl share owners who come on here to try and incite you to buy the shares ,minted with the usual jam tomorrow outrageous promises on price. They will not tell you how chl is burning 100k a month and will run out of cash if the outcome takes half the time Oxus has, meaning more placings. The outcome of the forgery procedural case was and never is in any doubt whatsoever, please dont get sucked into CHL by the ramper. I suspect by reading his post history on here that ross is not a shareholder here , he continually seeks just to try and suck buyers in to chl , his posts on oxus have been consistently mischievous, whilst literally singing in the rain about Churchil. | debbie_does_dallas_twice
09/10/2015 10:37 | Getting back to OXS After a lot of volatility in recent days and a lot of volume absorbed by the market the stock needed to consolidate a bit as it has done. Interestingly between 4.25p (the previous closing weekly high over the last year) and 4.625p (the previous closing daily high over the last year). MACD and RSI are lower which gives more room for the next move higher and the 50 and 200 period moving averages are catching up with / supporting the current price levels. So I would hope/expect to see a good run this afternoon as 'you won't want to be out over this weekend' | the stigologist
09/10/2015 10:30 | Just to end the pointless OXS/CHL debate the last time we had the CHL fan club on here telling us how great CHL was was in mid August and we can all see what 'experts' they are from subsequent relative price performance. Of course they don't have the humility to apologise and so their credibility is zero. | the stigologist
09/10/2015 10:28 | theres allways someone in the know watch the trades just before news it is illegal but since when has that stopped peeps taking advantage | sigora
09/10/2015 10:27 | Edgein very good post. a good analogy. | lithological heterogeneities
09/10/2015 10:25 | And who are you Ross...the media spokes person for OXS ?Keep your findings to yourself ..we are not interested in your input You are definitely for the filter | brewsters_millions
09/10/2015 10:21 | Well said Ed | brewsters_millions
09/10/2015 10:20 | Ok Ross put a clamp on it..Keep your share price guestimates to yourself rather than broadcasting it daily in dolby surround. We understand so please shut it..Nutter | brewsters_millions
09/10/2015 10:15 | CHL hit £60m cap on rumours they may settle, no firm evidence, I'm sure some holders here thought the very same thing some three years ago. But now we've a firm statement from management here: "Outlook The directors remain confident that the Arbitral Tribunal will, in the very near future, rule in the Group's favour and that fair compensation will be awarded for both the AGF and Khandiza mining assets, which were blatantly misappropriated by the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this respect, the Board will continue to take whatever steps it deems necessary to ensure the return of value to the Company's long-suffering stakeholders." So if CHL can hit £60m on rumour and froth there's nothing stopping OXS hitting or passing that on the basis of the latest opinion from our CEO. OXS could well have their fair compensation in the very near term, CHL could still have another 3 years+ of hard slog ahead. Regards, Ed. | edgein
09/10/2015 10:13 | Why do you even care what the share price is or will be ? | tracy_moore
09/10/2015 10:09 | O/T rossanan, it's a long process and the chart is pointing that way - and they will always need to keep tapping the market. So yes, it's a possibility that CHL may re-visit 10p (no advice intended). | giant steps
09/10/2015 10:07 | WallyJumblat 9 Oct'15 - 10:01 - 25458 of 25459 A few nutters around this morning, has there been an escape? I think you just proved that just kidding wally ;0) | lithological heterogeneities
09/10/2015 10:06 | I do mostly agree Ross but the market may not behave in a rational way during this 'hair trigger' period. No leak but an article somewhere, an unanticipated share price move, anything really ...... | pug151
09/10/2015 10:06 | Ross Zero chance? That's very firm. There is always a chance especially if something leaks prior to news. | pennys2pounds
09/10/2015 10:05 | I imagine there will be a big move this afternoon.Very near future!! | webshares
09/10/2015 10:04 | Rossannan, which one will get to 10p first : OXS or CHL ? | giant steps
