Indeed - always watch in the few minutes after each post. He has hundreds of IDs and typically uses them to tick up his own posts. Folk who have come across this MO elsewhere know not to fall for it.

He serves no useful purpose and criticises the research of others - yet clearly does not understand the arbitration process himself.

Take it that Stig has many aliases. Hence the number of tick-ups immediately following a posting by The Stig. Ill-informed ramper of this share and poor technical analyst. Has been filtered for the past 2 weeks.

Does anyone know how low the compensation needs to be before White & Case would classify this case a win for their client?

I note from previous posts on this board that White & Case may have a fall back strategy of offering Oxus $150m. Perhaps any payout at or below this figure would be a win?

After a volatile week always a good idea to take a step back and see from a longer term perspective how the charts are progressing.

Here is the Monthly chart for OXS since it listed. Looks to be a quite clear major bowl formation and its about to break out.



The Weekly chart for the last two years shows a Golden Cross, backtest of the 50 week moving average as support and now some big positive candles whilst the MACD and RSI still suggest room for more upside compared with the February run from 2p to 5p when we only 'thought' the result might be imminent compared to now when we have been 'told' it is imminent.



The Year To Date Daily chart also showing positive technical set up. With Golden Cross approaching and the move from 3p to 4.3p in recent weeks still sees the RSI only in the 60s i.e. not technically overbought



Finally the Intraday 15 minute interval chart for the last 10 trading days has been a useful indicator in a volatile week with the price formation generally constructive in absence of new news with the 50 interval moving average acting as support. RSI and MACD have 'worked off' recent overbought readings suggesting a good chance of a further significant move up in the near term.

There was a sell order on the book of 25k at 36p, its been there at least a week, perhaps it was the last on the system on Friday, no idea otherwise as I've not looked at this page on the OXS site before. Its just a glitch I guess.
