Yeah many seen the red mist that day and did a blatant and bizarre over reaction to a £100k loan note that can still be repurchased at 105% of the issue price of the note. We don't currently know if any more of these loan notes will be issued, I wouldn't try to make predictions on OXS beyond the very near term.

Whilst I agree with you about Darwin in principle, deanroberthunt, a positive arbitration verdict for OXS in the "very near future" will make your fears about Darwin's involvement groundless.

You can't relentlessly sell into the market if you are only given £100k of stock for a month in a £25m company which trades £1-2m in value by shares every day
