08/10/2015 12:30 | the reaction to the Darwin RNS Was an over reaction spurned on by the daytraders and 2 day holders who as soon as they saw the RNS ran straight for the door. now the dust settles,, | skez13
08/10/2015 12:29 | Thanks for the L2 posting - very valuable information. | wilfy75
08/10/2015 12:28 | I'm hoping for more, riskier. At least £150n net (circa 20p per share); hopefully more! Fingers crossed! | papillon

08/10/2015 12:23 | This is (at last!) the correct reaction to the Darwin RNS. Even if the arbitration happens tomorrow there is still the (small!) matter of getting the money. 90 days to pay, nobody pays early. Still holding out for $200m gross, $120m net, £80m net, 650m shares, 8p dividend, cash shell about 3p a share. | riskier
08/10/2015 12:23 | Nope the biggest on L2 on either side is 150k, hard to tell what bergs are there as always though. Its a stream of steady small buyers at present. Regards, Ed. | edgein

08/10/2015 12:06 | maytrees, I agree in principle but it may be a little simplistic. Clearly the price will be forced upwards when there are more buyers than sellers. The converse is also true. For a long time now RAB has gone through phases of selling and that's held the price low - but had there been lots of buyers then the price would have come up. We've got a very low market cap and so that means that someone running a special sits fund looking to park, say, £500k can't do so with us so really the investors are PIs. PIs have a limit to what we can invest and so even if we thought that a fair price at present would be 5-7p, most of us have as much at risk as we want - so 4p (or even 3p) doesn't tempt us (2p would tempt me to go even longer though!). That said, though, investors with short investment horizons will look at OXS now that at most they're looking at a 2-3 month wait. That will tempt new investors in and opens up some more liquidity. Taken together with the end of the RAB sell-off the pressure is positive. If it does take longer than a few weeks for us to get to the decision I would expect: (a) the price to stablise once new investors have come in and people are happy with their position; (b) over time (6 weeks plus?) the price to subside as people with short investment windows look for a quick buck elsewhere. If the news is bad then yes, with the debt we're carrying (particularly all the CLNs) then we're at zero. GLA. DYOR. | wilfy75

08/10/2015 11:57 | Greetings all Last time OXS headed N in this way the RNS re further financing arrangements checked progress. Presumably however we are now almost at the stage running N until the arbitration announcement. If successful outcome further running will be onwards and upwards but if not we drop back almost to zilch. Or is this summary too facile? | maytrees
08/10/2015 11:54 | hehe the Short termers hopped it 2 days ago and are now looking in again feeling a little sicky? expect some bashing! | skez13
08/10/2015 11:54 | 40p would be better! :) | weegeordie
08/10/2015 11:53 | Certainly be nice to end the week solidly over 4p. | investmentguru |
