14/11/2023 10:18 | Nothing on their Twitter (or X) feed since 29th September, nothing by way of media since then either, last commentary was they were in talks with various parties concerning their projects, in the past they have done deals with mid caps. One does wonder if they are going to announce something major, the last director buy was at .18p and for £200k of stock. Reports elsewhere it is getting harder to acquire shares in size, one piece of decent news and this could multi-bag. | aussiebeach
13/11/2023 08:38 | They are exceptionally quiet, with the very low m/cap they are very vulnerable to a bid approach. Their Senala gold licence stake in Senegal must be worth 3 or 4 times the current m/cap alone. | observer007
13/11/2023 08:17 | Last Friday you could not buy more than £500 worth at a time. However they was happy to take all your shares off you. This morning we opening at 0.08p on the bid in a desperate attempt to get some sellers. Over on lse chat they have never sounded so positive. | luckyabbeygale
10/11/2023 08:27 | Still 0.084p to buy and 0.09p for £5,000 worth with IG share deal. A week ago I seen 0.075p with IG share deal. Therefore this is an improvement. Looks like they are still short of shares, because Langstead is not selling enough. | luckyabbeygale
09/11/2023 16:21 | I bet whatever you like Lanstead are dumping shares into the market to cover their monthly payments to Oriole. Expect to see a holdings statement from them shortly, if one studies their formula they always sell stock to cover their outlays, in effect they are a covered short, fully protected against financial loss. 700m shares have been traded since the share issue to Lanstead on 1st August, the share price has dropped from .17p to .075p. I reckon Lanstead have dumped circa 75m to 100m so far, they have 1 billion in all. Happy days ! | flughafen17
07/11/2023 02:23 | The longer Oriole hangs onto this assett. The more it will be worth to sell. That has been stated in last years interview. Why rush to sell it when they do not have too. | luckyabbeygale
06/11/2023 21:40 | The silence is deafening for sure, a very uncomfortable situation for investors, how long can the carrot dangle of project funding be extended ? The only beacon of light comes from the real possibility of a stake sale of the Senegal licence, that could be expedited by February. | observer007
06/11/2023 16:05 | This outfit must be running on air, they only had net cash of £75k end June and the 1st August Sharing Agreement with Lanstead with a .26p benchmark has been a disaster, barely bringing in £20k a month. | space_dust
27/10/2023 13:37 | All the AT trades apart from 2 of them are all mine today. Over the last few days I been accumalating every time they do this artifical low price. Now with 2 10K buys it seems to of pushed the bid up to 0.8p, and all my Oriole are suddenly showing a profit. Edit: The AT sells that have just come in are not me. | luckyabbeygale
27/10/2023 09:20 | Just need a bit of buying pressure and I think we could see a decent recovery in the share price. It's certainly well overdue a bounce given the huge drop | sclper
27/10/2023 08:56 | Now asking for 0.1p for £5,000 or 0.1255p for £15,000. They certainly short of shares. Langstead are not selling enough. | luckyabbeygale
27/10/2023 08:06 | That trade was someone else. I only now have about £200 over from the spread bet account. Unless I sell Ascent to go in bigger. I have only traded twice this year on the share deal account. Therefore I do not think I be able to get the reduced fee from £8 per trade to £3 per trade. | luckyabbeygale
27/10/2023 07:57 | Was that your trade for 178,759? Is that all they would give you or did you just want to buy a small amount? | sclper
27/10/2023 07:54 | If you do it in the share dealing account it should only cost £3 per trade | sclper
27/10/2023 07:54 | Thank you for that. I never knew that IG share deal can do a better deal on a fill and kill order, than pressing for an instant quote. | luckyabbeygale
27/10/2023 07:49 | Instead of placing an order 'at quote' with IG you can put a limit order 'on exchange' at 0.08p and you should get filled for a larger amount, you can try up to 1million shares at at time | sclper
27/10/2023 07:45 | Wow it only filled 100 shares of my order and cost me a tenner. I need to adjust my settings to only accept full orders. | luckyabbeygale
27/10/2023 07:42 | Well I have just transferred money across to my cfd account. As not even 1 per point is available on the spread bet and the share deal want 0.83p. While the cfd says 0.8p. If you see a trade go through in the next 5 minutes after this post. Then you know it is mine. | luckyabbeygale
26/10/2023 15:25 | You did well to grab those! We are now into the news rich period of the year and should see a lot more interest in the company and hopefully a big recovery in the share price | sclper
26/10/2023 15:02 | Each time they fall to 0.76p it seems like you have to be the first buyer with IG spread bet in order to get that price. As now I just taken advantage and added equivalent to 500,000 shares to my spread bet. While with the share deal they wanted 0.83p. Therefore spread betting is a much better way to get a better price. | luckyabbeygale
26/10/2023 14:31 | You have to telephone the dealing desk at IG and place an order for up to 1million (normal market size) shares at 0.08p and ask them to place the order with the market maker and they are obliged to deal at that price | sclper
26/10/2023 14:27 | I just tried using the IG share deal. They wanted 0.83p for £1,000 worth. I did not accept, and now every time I see what price they are offering my order is getting rejected. This is all signs of one hell of a rise to follow. | luckyabbeygale
26/10/2023 14:26 | Same average as me but I just cant average down anymore as I have funds tied in elsewhere.Even if I did have plenty of funds I need to see more from this company as they are not selling themselves too well at the moment. | dogsoggy36
26/10/2023 14:16 | I had some luck picking them up at 0.77p during this week using IG spreadbet. I was trying to get them at 0.76p with IG spreadbet, and I was not to pleased how a 652K buy can get them when my 5K was rejected. I now have an average of around 0.79p. | luckyabbeygale
26/10/2023 13:52 | Put in a fill and kill order for up to 1million at 0.08p or telephone your broker and the market maker is obliged to fill your order | sclper |
