21/9/2023 11:45 | What has happened to this company is unforgivable, yes times are tough but no excuse for issuing 1 billion shares to Lanstead, a third of the company, for a unknown sum of money which looks like it will be no-where near the suggested £1.8m over 24 months. Some months earlier the Chairperson implied that dilution was killing sentiment and destroying value, implied they would do all they could to halt it and backed the comments with a £200k share purchase, who would ever have believed they would then issue 1 billion shares. They have lost all credibility as a result of their actions. | mininglamp
20/9/2023 14:00 | We should be getting funds soon from Landstead. Unfortunately not much. | willo
19/9/2023 20:28 | Tim Livesey said this on 1st August, from the statement it seemed that he expected this funding to be completed relatively soon after the interview, not so. 'We are expecting funding coming through in Q3 from our North American project level funding partners that have offered to come in' Over the last 5 years the management seem unable to establish partnerships or any corporate event to deliver value, the latest litmus test is the Canadian funding by end Q3, remember the plan was announced in early April and was supposed to conclude by end Q2. As for Eileen, has she been led up the garden path ??? | observer007
19/9/2023 16:15 | I find it hard to believe Eileen, has been caught out the same way as we could be! Surely she wouldn't have put all that money in without being pretty certain about something. Unless things have gone drastically wrong!! | adi27
19/9/2023 14:56 | 7 weeks on from the Lanstead RNS when they suggested there would be catalysts to drive the share price and nothing from the company. The 1st cash from the sharing deal should have come in this week, if the VWAP was .11p (generous) they would have received just £32k in return for issuing 41m shares equating to 0.0075p a share. Only 8 trading days left before end Q3, where is that $1m project financing from Canada ?? | observer007
16/9/2023 17:01 | That’s fairly standard wording, it’s a public announcement so they have to cover their ass. Thought you’d know that by now thecoyone… unless you’re just trying to crush the share price as usual. | geotrav
16/9/2023 16:28 | Does anyone really think they are going to receive the $1m project funding from the Canadian investment bank given they are already one quarter late and sentiment in this sector is on it's knees. RNS 7th April said this.... Closing of the financing is expected in Q2-2023. Notwithstanding the engagement of an adviser, there can be no certainty that financing will be secured or as to the final terms of such financing. What a total disaster this company has become, never invest in any junior mining company run by geologists ! | thecoyone
13/9/2023 10:40 | Down on buys! | adi27
07/9/2023 08:06 | 1m shares back in Q1 2021 would have cost £20,000, now you can buy the same 1m for £1000. The sector is on it's knees, when it turns life changing sums of cash will be made for the shrewd and brave buyers entering the micro caps at current levels. | observer007
07/9/2023 07:41 | Buyers nibbling away at this over the last few sessions, hard to buy size currently, premiums being asked which is a good sign for the bulls. The shares move fast on modest volume, is a strong move coming ? | one2go
01/9/2023 17:37 | Can anyone explain why ORR shows 10% down on the top list toady! Something fishy going on with this at the moment | adi27
31/8/2023 13:32 | By the time my inheritance comes this share will be perfect timing for me. I should be buying for less than 0.09p. | luckyabbeygale
31/8/2023 13:28 | "Fundamentals of the company have not changed, underlying value is still there. BoD & Management needs to unlock it, can’t do that if company is closed down." But at what cost? Cost to the sharehloders, that's what. This death spiral is acting as a brake on the share price, it will hold it back for a long, long time. It might not even recover. Look at ICON. They just done a 10,000 for 1 share consolidation. It's like a magic trick. | induna123
30/8/2023 18:06 | LSE only bring down posts that are factually incorrect… | geotrav
29/8/2023 15:30 | Call an EGM then and fire the lot! | geotrav
29/8/2023 09:10 | Panic selling by illiterate investors. You only make a loss when you sell, why ditch at this level when you can wait it out and grab some of the potential upside? Lots of pumper/dumpers operating on these BB’s - taking in the mugs to manipulate the share price. 75% of day traders lose money - this is exactly why. Fundamentals of the company have not changed, underlying value is still there. BoD & Management needs to unlock it, can’t do that if company is closed down. Slowly slowly… | geotrav
29/8/2023 08:24 | How all the positive talk and news from the BOD can change within the blink of an eye. What a disappointment this has become! | adi27
24/8/2023 14:21 | Mug punters still paying over 20 percent more than they have too. | luckyabbeygale
24/8/2023 13:35 | Seems to be a load of buying in the last hour? Something leaked? | induna123
24/8/2023 13:33 | Good time to sell now for an easy 20 percent before Lanstead sells the next batch. | luckyabbeygale |
