That's not correct PWhite73, because they have already announced the letter of engagement and its proposed terms, including timeline of this Q. They are trading on published information.

Interesting situation here, call me a cynic but if I were providing project level finance on the terms announced the other day, I’d also be buying the undervalued stock up in advance of it…!

Gold at a 5 year high.ORR fully funded for another couple of field seasons on top of the news we could have a JV coming on board soon.Great price opportunities here.

The policy change is interesting although the money has yet to be secured, I expect the RNS was released due to fevered speculation on the BB's - it appears there is no JV however.

Oriole reached a £25m market valuation in early 2021 with 1.5b shares in issue, they have issued a further 1.2b shares since to make 2.7b, as a result of this equity dilution, at low issue prices, there is a mountain to climb to get the share price back into the 1p region therefore.
