06/10/2023 11:35 | The BOD have reasonable skin in the game, this is worth remembering, collectively approaching £500,000 in hard cash, all bought at prices way above current levels. Eileen Carr has put in £250,000 Tim Livesey has put in £75,000 Bob Smeeton around £50,000 The Non Execs around £75,000 Hopefully some worthwhile news is on the horizon, the last rally to .18p caught many by surprise. | observer007

Maybe because a premium was paid earlier on 3,202,413 shares. | luckyabbeygale
05/10/2023 13:52 | Does a closed period extend for years? Asking for a useless director. | terminator101
05/10/2023 12:55 | Ever heard of closed periods? | geotrav
05/10/2023 12:30 | If it was so amazing why don't the Directors put their hand in their pocket and buy? And why did they sell out shareholders with the death spiral lanstead arrangement? | terminator101
05/10/2023 11:51 | This reminds me of Stella Diamonds and Vast Resouses when the negative posters frightened me into selling, and then the following days later the shares went up over 300 percent. I will not make the same mistake here. We can expect the share price going to what the director paid recently. Remember long term 8 gold mines will be built and the lethium we have here is huge. | luckyabbeygale
05/10/2023 10:22 | How much longer before ORR goes the way of the dodo? | texaschaser
05/10/2023 07:36 | Checking in on this death spiral lifestyle pish. Plus ca change huh. Where are all the gerbils? | terminator101
03/10/2023 21:04 | Unfortunately this is a lifestyle company for Tim | shujja1
02/10/2023 10:40 | I remember about two weeks ago the price rising from 0.1p to 0.13p to buy. Hopefully the same will happen this time round. | luckyabbeygale
01/10/2023 11:12 | The landstead deal was good news for those who was sick of missing out after watching them rise from 0.11p to buy to about 0.22p to sell. I took advantage and bought for the first time @0.083p, since I last sold at a loss at 0.16p. Therefore I am thankful for this deal. | luckyabbeygale
30/9/2023 22:06 | " -- GBP195.5k raised through a subscription by Non-Executive Chair, Eileen Carr"I made sure my broker told Eileen it was a death spiral .She obviously has more money than sense for accept the issue of shares at c0.06 instead of raising at 0.1p in a placing !!Clueless | nico115
30/9/2023 22:03 | I argued for an hour with a director that it was a death spiral and he said I hadn't read the rns properly I warned him the shares would halve in value and there would be billions of shares issued I don't think bod understand that a huge increase in shares was negative !!Worse management on aim imho Hope they all resign asap | nico115
30/9/2023 22:00 | They knew it was a death spiral And director invested 180k at 17 hahaShe's clueless They chose a death spiral They should all resign | nico115
29/9/2023 04:22 | At current prices they'll be getting only a third of what they expected? Benchmark price set at 0.253 when they made this agreement. I wonder if they ever imagined the share price would react so badly to this deal? The Sharing Agreement In addition to the Lanstead Subscription, the Company has entered into the Sharing Agreement, pursuant to which Oriole will pledge the GBP1,767,000 gross proceeds of the Lanstead Subscription to Lanstead. The Sharing Agreement will enable the Company to share in any share price appreciation over the Benchmark Price (as defined below). However, if the Company's share price is less than the Benchmark Price then the amount received by the Company under the Sharing Agreement will be less than the gross proceeds of the Lanstead Subscription which were pledged by the Company to Lanstead at the outset. The Sharing Agreement provides that the Company will receive 24 monthly settlement amounts as measured against a benchmark share price of 0.2533 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Benchmark Price"). The monthly settlement amounts for the Sharing Agreement are structured to commence approximately six weeks following Admission. -- The GBP1,767,000 gross proceeds of the Lanstead Subscription will be pledged to Lanstead by the Company pursuant to a Sharing Agreement with Lanstead. The Sharing Agreement, details of which are set out below, entitles the Company to receive back those proceeds on a pro rata monthly basis over a period of 24 months, subject to adjustment upwards or downwards each month depending on the Company's share price at the time relative to the Benchmark Price of 0.2533 pence per share . | induna123
28/9/2023 14:17 | Must be a 1st, a AIM company issues 1 billion shares and receives no money for them, never come across an agreement like this before. Looks like Lanstead have taken advantage of a very naive BOD. Shares have fallen from .18p to .08p since the deal was announced on 1st August. No wonder shareholders are fuming. | m1sterx
28/9/2023 12:00 | The sooner the sub £5m mkt cp companies are put out of their misery the better for AIM. | texaschaser
27/9/2023 20:59 | Look at the 3 year chart and tell me when the company should have diluted | bspgamer
27/9/2023 20:58 | I can't believe the board have the nerve to even take a pack of teabags from what's left of the companies pennies. The cretins have destroyed the share price by handing out warrants and cheap stock when they had the chance to place much higher. They have destroyed share holders value and now signed us in to a debt spiral. Disgusting behaviour, sack the lot of them!! | bspgamer
27/9/2023 15:38 | wow new all time low .....congratulations | browngirl
21/9/2023 11:45 | What has happened to this company is unforgivable, yes times are tough but no excuse for issuing 1 billion shares to Lanstead, a third of the company, for a unknown sum of money which looks like it will be no-where near the suggested £1.8m over 24 months. Some months earlier the Chairperson implied that dilution was killing sentiment and destroying value, implied they would do all they could to halt it and backed the comments with a £200k share purchase, who would ever have believed they would then issue 1 billion shares. They have lost all credibility as a result of their actions. | mininglamp
20/9/2023 14:00 | We should be getting funds soon from Landstead. Unfortunately not much. | willo
19/9/2023 20:28 | Tim Livesey said this on 1st August, from the statement it seemed that he expected this funding to be completed relatively soon after the interview, not so. 'We are expecting funding coming through in Q3 from our North American project level funding partners that have offered to come in' Over the last 5 years the management seem unable to establish partnerships or any corporate event to deliver value, the latest litmus test is the Canadian funding by end Q3, remember the plan was announced in early April and was supposed to conclude by end Q2. As for Eileen, has she been led up the garden path ??? | observer007
19/9/2023 16:15 | I find it hard to believe Eileen, has been caught out the same way as we could be! Surely she wouldn't have put all that money in without being pretty certain about something. Unless things have gone drastically wrong!! | adi27 |
