20/7/2021 15:24 | I was going to wait for 0.40 should it get there , already in at 1.05p Arrrrrr!! | ![]() scottwhetton
20/7/2021 15:22 | It will get to 1p soon enough, those Fare results in Senegal cannot be far away, Chesser Resources have been reporting bonanza gold grades nearby. You only make money on AIM buying the lows. | aussiebeach
20/7/2021 15:16 | I am a buyer at 0.1 p | ![]() juju44
20/7/2021 15:13 | Will volume hit 10m today, looks like it, high % of buyers. Volume will motivate the share price. | ![]() m1sterx
20/7/2021 14:49 | Not many left below 0.50p, looks like the floor is in. | aussiebeach
20/7/2021 12:37 | Probably have a gamble at .30 would say it’s on the way. | ![]() 123trev
20/7/2021 12:34 | Volume increasing. | ![]() m1sterx
20/7/2021 11:50 | Buyers entering the market today, it looks cheap now. Drilling results from Iamgold are flagged for this quarter, these will include Fare and Madina Bafe. Fare in particular could be very interesting as Chesser Resources have reported bonanza grades to the immediate east. Hints from the CEO about a resource in recent presentations, not much drilling needed at Fare he suggested, that would add material value for shareholders and is, frankly, long overdue. | ![]() observer007
20/7/2021 09:53 | At some point the tiddler sector will turn up again, it is always hard to call, have traded Oriole profitably in the past, point noted about previous upside resistance of around 0.45p being a floor, I concur. The fall from 1.95p on 10th Feb has been a steep one, 75% in fact. Not much downside risk IMO. | ![]() silverspoon2009
20/7/2021 08:26 | Looks like shorts are closing, lots of disguised trades ongoing. | ![]() m1sterx
20/7/2021 08:15 | Now is the time to buy ORR, shares are at a 7 month low haven fallen from 1.85p in February, previous resistance (.45p) now becomes support. The sector looks like it has capitulated, many shares are down 60%+, they will bounce. A fill your boots opportunity for the shrewd. | aussiebeach
19/7/2021 14:26 | What’s with the delayed trades going through today? | ssrmb
19/7/2021 09:27 | Tiddlers like ORR have performed woefully this year, there is no appetite or liquidity, placings are starting to attract large discounts also, not a time to be buying, cash is king in the current environment. | ![]() silverspoon2009
16/7/2021 08:39 | Recent director options are priced at a mere 0.10p, nice work if you can gets it, some fools were paying 1.9p a share a few months ago. | ![]() grimreaper2019
16/7/2021 08:37 | Probably be worth nothing anyway | ![]() juju44
16/7/2021 08:34 | Director options have no performance conditions, what a surprise. Bring forth the next placing. | ![]() grimreaper2019
14/7/2021 11:49 | Between them both I mean. | ![]() luckyabbeygale
14/7/2021 11:49 | VAST and ORR are my 2 main holdings that I have a 10 grand long out between them back. Sure I'm down 3k so far, but that will soon change. | ![]() luckyabbeygale
14/7/2021 11:04 | What a dog of a share. Looks like the classic pump and dump going by the ramping on twitter. | terminator101
14/7/2021 08:26 | tightfist Having listened to most of the online interviews it appears that any outside cash is unlikely to come in the near term unfortunately. I think the CFO was clear enough on that point during the AGM presentation event, they won't sell anything below fair value he implied. I suspect they will come to the market for a £1m raise to finance Cameroon, probably another 300m shares to be issued later this year, when this uncertainty is removed I think the share price will bounce, possibly strongly. Of course it does depend on market sentiment, hopefully this will improve later this year. | ![]() observer007
13/7/2021 10:24 | I agree with all of that, Observer. The Wild Card is if they finally manage in the short-term to monetise some of their North East Africa/Turkey legacy assets; then there would be a considerable change of outlook/funding...... Then there is Senala and IAMGold, but that seems longer term. | ![]() tightfist
13/7/2021 08:59 | Let's face it market conditions for micro cap juniors in this sector have been dire for most of the year and ORR is no different. I think the shrewd left the sector in early Q1 and moved into cash, if you follow Twitter feeds many HNW investors rarely tweet now, liquidity has dried up and news is always sold into. Everyone knows ORR needs more cash to progress their operations in Cameroon so it does seem until they get the next placing away there is little room for upside. Holders best hang on in there and wait IMO. | ![]() observer007
13/7/2021 07:13 | Grim: The professional trader (MM) has the advantage not only of a real-time open view of market activity, access to wholesale quantities of shares, and no per-deal commission cost, but also can buy at the (low) bid price and sell at the (high) offer price — a position converse to that of the poor old amateur trader. The moral of all this is that the private investor should leave trading to the professionals. Just study the fundamentals; buy the stock of a good company when it is cheap and when you have the cash to do it; hold it indefinitely; and sell it only when you must or when it is so absurdly overpriced that you feel uncomfortable holding it. Leave the price-manipulators and momentum-chasers to their games; thank them for providing market liquidity for the rest of us; and take advantage of the occasional opportunity to buy cheap or sell dear that their activity throws up. | ![]() meanreverter |
