02/8/2021 16:02 | Nice to see some decent volume following the interview. Tim always plays it with a straight bat and is justifiably proud of what they've achieved in such a short time in Cameroon. | ![]() the skipper

30/7/2021 15:28 | Over valued? With a market cap of only £8m this is one of the most undervalued gold explorers out there with a banker in Senegal, early stage exploration sucess in Cameroon, and a host of legacy assets and interests which all add value to the pot, with a strong likelihood of realising cash from those assets and the court action in Turkey in the near term. Also a strong cash position of £1.75m at the end of last year which will have been supplemented significantly by the exercising of warrants. Malcontent - if you want to do the sums of the outstanding warrants the starting point is the annual report which identified a total of 323,230,279 outstanding at the end of last year. Since then there have been a total 13 RNS's announcing the exercise of warrants so I leave you to do the maths on that, but I'd also point out that 13.47m of the warrants expired on 13th June and the bulk of the warrants which are outstanding have an exercise price of 0.68 pence and it is inconcievable that anyone would exercise them unless the share price was well above that level and rising, since the process can take some time until they reach your account - as I found out when I exercised mine a good while back. | ![]() the skipper
30/7/2021 08:03 | Now be a perfect time to buy while everyone else is selling. | ![]() luckyabbeygale
29/7/2021 21:11 | when do the warrants expire? I think it's sleepy time here until after then | ![]() malcontent
29/7/2021 16:21 | Afternoon rampers, just how is the overvalued fluff getting on. 15% down on the day huh? Maybe a little bit more moaning by the rampers will help huh | terminator101
29/7/2021 11:51 | Gold price taking off like a rocket following the Fed's comments last night: which reinforces the comment I made above. | ![]() the skipper
29/7/2021 09:34 | Today’s update rams home the point that ORR is not a one trick pony and the scale of the drilling programme in Senegal and what has already been discovered, with near term lab results from the latest assays will go a very long way to proving up a significant resource in a jurisdiction where the mining infrastructure is already in place. Many small explorers would give their eye teeth to be in the position ORR is in, with first mover advantage in Cameroon and cash injections likely to be on their way in the near term from the disposal of legacy assets, and an ever growing resource in Senegal, yet here we stand with a ridiculously low market cap and vulnerable to a take out by a bigger fish. You couldn’t make it up but that’s AIM for you. | ![]() the skipper
29/7/2021 08:07 | All results for phase one at lab, phase two cores that have been completed also at lab, therefore results could be anytime between today and end Sept. as turnaround is normally 6-8 weeks most likely to start coming through from mid August. | ssrmb
29/7/2021 08:04 | Share price up. Market loves this news, and now there is even more hope for a greater long term. Do not listen to the grim reaper. He is an idiot about my other share MTL that only needs gold to be over 1900, and he is the same here. He follows me around trying to get me stopped out on IG index by his needless scaremongering campaign. | ![]() luckyabbeygale
29/7/2021 07:58 | The wait continues, no more drilling in Senegal until October and assay results have been delayed across the sector. The share price will drift away, nothing on the news front for a few months at least. | ![]() grimreaper2019
27/7/2021 14:24 | Maybe these legacy assets will finally come good in the near future, but that’s just a binary bet that the process is nearer completion than it was when the process first began, is it not. ‘’do not expect a raise in the near term, having been 'inside' on the last two placings’&rsqu Being on the ‘inside’ is not necessarily helpful for obvious reasons. On commitment – aligned with shareholders? Expiry date of 10 years for the latest set, few shares held even at this lowly price, and by comparison plenty options. Consolidation of the share capital at any point is again an ongoing risk Ok, they may have something in Cameroon but its so early I don’t think present shareholders will be the ones reaping any benefits Bo | ![]() bo doodak
27/7/2021 11:59 | Oooooooh going a lot lower. | ![]() 123trev
27/7/2021 11:56 | I'm not blind Bo. Just take a look at slide numbers 14, 15 & 16 in the recent AGM presentation: Slide 14 highlights the cash potentially coming in from the legacy assets and the court action in Turkey. 15 shows the dramatic reduction in running costs since 2017, now down to about £650k a year, and 16 demonstrates cash at bank of £1.75m as at 31/12/20, since when they have received £678k from warrant exercises. Exploration spend was also significantly lower in 2020 than in 2019 and slide 16 clearly demonstrates that Director options are not excessive compared to others I have seen. I have no desire to enter into an extended slagging match but all I will say is that I am comfortable with my reduced holding of over 4m shares here and do not expect a raise in the near term, having been 'inside' on the last two placings. | ![]() the skipper
27/7/2021 09:36 | If you choose to be blind that's up to you, imo. Those who unthinkingly resort to 'agenda' retorts are really rather pathetic individuals. | ![]() bo doodak
27/7/2021 09:22 | You make that sound like a fact when it is pure supposition on your part and driven by an agenda which should be obvious to anyone other than a complete simpleton. | ![]() the skipper
27/7/2021 09:07 | Sadly, the directors do not have minimising shareholders dilution uppermost in their minds. Cheap options will be the order of the day as usual, when required. | ![]() bo doodak |
