Does anyone’s strategy include researching the management and board of the company, their actual projects and potential for success - risk / reward ratio?
Or mainly chart / bb tip followers?

Waiting for the right announcement strategy is my main future focus on how to pick new stocks. I seen so make examples on which ones succeed and ones that loose the rise. That it has made me ultra fussy which is something I never had about me before that seems to be good for this game. I may do a watch page just for oil shares. As often they do 100 percent gains or more after the right news.

Good luck with your eBay business, that's something we have in common. I hope you make stacks of money, always do your own research and don't follow the crowd. You will get caught out on that spike. GL

I have an income coming in from eBay and other things. I can save about £200 a week for ig index. While in the past that be more like £50 a week. I think that is where the problem was that having to little going in made me pull out of things to quick. Now leverage seems to force me to be long term about everything which is good. I looked at that Empire before, but it was not available to buy on ig so I gave it a miss.

I don't short, never have never will. I'm a short to medium term investor. If I see a profit I take it.

Also with that I was going to short the DOW, and buy all the gold shares cheap from my coronavirus profits. I had all on same stock watch page and William Hill too that went up from 25p to be taken over at £2.85. Then to rub it all in ARGO went up from 3p to £3 and Clear Leisure from 0.3p to 6p. All on same watch page. It could of been from £2 on a machine winning £250 for ig index to 10m last year.

I made money on KOD that has covered all my losses so far on ig index. I hold 12 different shares on there. I'm not new just very unlucky on my timing over the years. Often I sold the day before a 200 percent rise or more. Last years mistake selllung PET too soon cost me 10 million. Which is hard to believe, but I wanted in on NCYT and SNG from the money I should of made had I not sold too soon on PET.

Just don't get trapped into the game of averaging down. When you get a minute have a look at EEE, as I said they are drilling a very highly prospective area of WA. The neighbours kings west resources have found shed loads of gold bang next door to us. Gold is only going one way and you can't find a safer place than Western Australia. Okay thank for that. I can get accounts with brokers one day when I have a lot more money. I hold my stocks on ig index. For today my best one is EOG by far. As far as ORR is concerned I have great faith in them, and I bought to many at 0.9p, and now I just wait how ever long it takes.

Brokers who do the fund raising for ORR, look for their nominated brokers. When they are looking for a future raise and it can't be long now. The broker will give you the opportunity to buy stock at a reduced price, warrants are a added extra. Not all companies offer warrants but these will likely have to, otherwise most won't invest. Good luck, but don't over expose yourself here. EEE looks a far better investment and they have the funds to drill in a highly prospective area of WA. They are drilling as I write this message. DYOR

All aim juniors are in the same boat. Just look at ALBA. There will never be any gold ever there. At least with ORR it looks more likely.

I hold 6 million warrants love I made close to 90k when these hit 1.7p. The warrants have plenty of expiry left, think before you write your ramping tosh on here. I will be waiting to cash in if these his .80. But with another fund raise and more warrants to hit I doubt I will be cashing in. To be fair I wouldn't be interesting in a placing here now at any price . They don't have gold

Fantastic news won't get this heavily deflated share price up with his know how many warrants still to exercise. They need cash so another raise with more warrants to tempt any future investors in is around the corner. Expect a placing guys, it's a matter of days not even weeks away. This company must be on fumes now!

Another excellent note from Phil Swinfen, whose write ups on JLP helped propel it from 2p up into the 20s. The company have made it pretty clear in various interviews that there is no short term funding requirement and will clearly be aiming to increase shareholder value through the imminent drilling campaign in Cameroon and further results from Senegal via IAMG. The time to derisk is after those results are in imho, not now.
