15/6/2018 08:01 | There is a buyer and seller who have agreed a price. You can't just offload £400k chunks in to thin air to the MMs. They will not keep that kind of quantity on the books. That's 600k shares someone owns that is selling to a buyer. The price on the day is completely irrelevant. The price could be trading at 70p but the trade negotiated at say 65p between the two parties. The buyer will want in as cheap as possible and the seller will want a high price as possible. Obviously the market price of the stock would take a hit due to the average price the trade was executed compared to the market price. | ![]() riskybusiness1
15/6/2018 00:49 | Toadhall - I have lost count how many your question pops up by PI's. I have posted a "brief" explanation. | elrico
14/6/2018 21:50 | Hey Elrico. Just a thought. If Opti wanted to sell Seed products for example from an online store I'm guessing we would need to have a distribution agreement in place first. Ditto our other partners products. Not sure if that would already been built in existing contracts we have made with partners. | ![]() toadhall1
14/6/2018 20:58 | I'm no expert but I do know it's common for MMs to drop the share price to let a large buyer in at a discount. I've seen this on other stocks. It's a possible explanation here anyway. All IMO. | ![]() bdog51
14/6/2018 20:11 | I second Judi . .s post. Can someone more experienced please explain ? | suzypink
14/6/2018 19:21 | Back up tomorrow, now seller has cleared | ![]() zebbo
14/6/2018 19:10 | Pure spec as a non UK taxpayer but the two 600k+ trades may have been a pass through firstly to cleanse CGT obligations and then to satisfy an II uptake.Hence also the provision in the original news release re finncap participation. | ![]() aspex
14/6/2018 18:58 | I think the chess board is more or less set, the pieces have been positioned and we are about to start | ![]() trotterstrading
14/6/2018 18:26 | A gambler might think that all those wanting shares are now in place and the in specie therefore ready to be announced.... | ![]() parsnip1
14/6/2018 17:59 | Seed will almost certainly be sold on the OPTI site along with other partner products. IMHO. | elrico
14/6/2018 17:50 | Excuse my ignorance but we are down on the day yet you Guys claim there have been £1,000,000 worth of buys Doesn’t stack up to me bwtfdik | ![]() judijudi
14/6/2018 17:32 | Another trade showing at a slightly higher trade of 66p for another £600k. That's a £1m worth put in to Opti today. That's some serious money changing hands. | ![]() riskybusiness1
14/6/2018 17:09 | Could those who monitor the Seed website let me know when overseas orders are possible. I am keen to order some. TIA Nobby | ![]() nobbygnome
14/6/2018 17:01 | Dripped nicely down to a price where the buyer and seller are in agreement. It does look like we have IIs adding at a higher price from the placing. We were told the placing was oversubscribed so those stripped back/missed out are probably actively looking to increase where possible.Pure speculation but if the shares purchased today were from whoever exercised their options, as they have been sold so quickly it is more than likely this was pre agreed. This could mean they were directly approached for them. At an exercise price of 8p may have been hard to refuse such a minimum fuss offer. | ![]() riskybusiness1
14/6/2018 16:57 | That's really strange. Checking my Hargreaves account, it shows all the above trades as Sells. John | ![]() 2350220

14/6/2018 16:00 | Regards the forthcoming AGM, I'm not sure if it will be worth the journey from out here in the sticks. Is the AGM a worthwhile meeting to go to? Or is it just a meeting to tick boxes for compliance reasons. And is anyone else here going? John | ![]() 2350220
14/6/2018 15:59 | Can’t see it being a sell if only slightly down, but not sure where the stock has come from if it’s a buy. | ![]() imnotlong
14/6/2018 15:52 | 15,000 shares at 1526hrs is a buy. Not sure that the share price has bottomed, but decided to inch back in. Is the 641,200 shares deal at 65.5p really a sell?? | ![]() nimrod22
14/6/2018 12:34 | Some would have believed the Rampers and now realised that it takes time to build revenues.. If indeed they do build. | ![]() monkeywench1 |
