Distribution more likely to be a 0.5% at current SBTX prices equating to a ratio of about 1:200.

If SBTX rises a lot look for a ratio of 1:400.

That's my take on the matter as a realistic view.

diablo, thanks for the response. Im even more confused. According to advfn opti have just 80m shares in issue. Rounded up. Also sbtx a 1p while opti are 2p. How does this work in the calculations?

Slarty post 29599 - the 6:1 ratio I roughly calculated on OPTI owning 49,794,190 shares in SBTX and OPTI itself has circa 303,489,962 of it's own shares (no idea of options and position of them in this wheeze).

Of course I might be wrong but that is what I saw at companies house having a quick look. Sure someone will correct it.

What proportion of SBTX shareholding would be distributed ?

Scotty, i have just listened to the bc. All very much the same, very bullish and banging on about big news sooooooon. One new snippet, 10 contracts per platform and reiterated 250k per deal and something about do the maths. He also said something about mega multiple size contracts being worked through now. I dont have an issue with tw only my view he has done a lot of harm over the past 2 years by building expectations when he is in a better position than most, he should have known better. He does a lot of good work on the fraud front. Ukog shareholders should take note. He is rarely wrong on the bear call.
