28/11/2017 12:31 | Fully agree with Trotters here, those doubting SOH. I have seen it many times now, why don't you simply give your concerns to SOH? SOH knows exactly what he's doing! | primal123
28/11/2017 12:26 | lounge wrong a)both m/caps high/v high & tiny rev/no rev ok opti has 4/5 diff things the intel factor and imm has drugs/1 superdrug b) no agenda stillmuch mor opti atm | ![]() fathenry
28/11/2017 12:14 | Nothing wrong with IMM. I've researched it. Your comparison with OPTI was just a little pathetic. I feel like your real agenda is starting to come through though. | loungeact

28/11/2017 11:52 | Imnotlong - Today's confirmation shareholders will be formally asked permission, is nothing more than a formality. There has already been an AGM requesting cancellation of several million shares in OPTI, this then had to be formalised at Manchester's chancery last month, just 5 weeks ago. It's just a process the company has to go through. There is no rush because OPTI will need to turn a profit to pay any divi out. As Slarty said, this is probably a clearing of the decks ahead of what we HOPE (pray) will be news of much bigger contracts before New Year and then we look to SlimBiome promotional push. If you think this is some sort of cynical ploy, then I suggest you walk, because investing in a company operating such sharp practises should be red flag to an reasonably thinking person. | elrico
28/11/2017 11:47 | Listed since 2006, founded in 1999. Yeah, that's not bad I guess. Sorry, you're comparing it to OPTI? | loungeact
28/11/2017 11:36 | Well, you're a cynic, it's in your make up to find things odd even if they're not. I doubt we'll see mid 60's, but we'll see I guess. I personally think there'll be an announcement or two before the year is out. | loungeact
28/11/2017 11:31 | Whatever about the politics and finances is spin-offs, 2 years ago the “imminent MN alliance” dominated this B.B. long time coming? And every RNS since (20?), i’ve wondered: is this it? | owenmo
28/11/2017 11:27 | Loungeact, I thought it was worth a try. I still think I will be able to buy mid 60’s soon. And I do genuinely find the announcement odd without setting the date of the meeting. | ![]() imnotlong
28/11/2017 11:23 | or clearing the decks before the big news arrives. | slartybartfaster
28/11/2017 11:21 | Investors moaning at receiving a divi payment. Alright for some. I think people are being short sighted. Imagine the positive impact this will have on the next spinout. | slartybartfaster
28/11/2017 11:19 | Why would they make today’s announcement with setting and announcing the General Meeting date at the same time? A cynic might suggest because there are no contracts to announce for another week or two so it’s a news filler. They can then announce the date of the meeting next week. | ![]() imnotlong
28/11/2017 10:30 | Marnewton you have to think if it from the man himselfs standing.....SOH does not have a holding in skin directly as with all of us, it is held within Opti. Opti shareprice is currently less than when Skinbio didn't exist let alone holding £5m on Optis balance sheet of profit. SOH owns roughly 20% of Opti including his options. If he was to distribute the entire £5m back to Opti holders he would then gain 20% of %42 which would leave him with an 8% holding directly in Skin. The man knows exactly what he is doing. | ![]() riskybusiness1
28/11/2017 10:17 | Those criticising SoH for his grand plans to carve up OPTI and float separate divisions should articulate their concerns and send them to SoH for a response. Or better still attend one of the many investor roadshows and speak with him directly. Rest assured SoH has not been 'badly advised' his vision is playing out with laser precision, and he knows exactly what he's doing.Do you think it's chance he's turned an idea into a £50m+ business in less than 5 years?! Has his technology not been scientifically validated and commercially endorsed by some of the biggest names? Do you really think you know better than he does? If so sell up and move on. | ![]() trotterstrading

28/11/2017 10:02 | diablo/someuwin, Agreed. An ill conceived plan from day one. It'll be messy, time consuming and costly - much better to own SBTX through OPTI or by buying your own. The more I think about it the less I like it...but SoH has boxed himself into a corner. He's been badly advised. Back to my building project. M | ![]() marnewton
