15/1/2018 19:53 | Boots is my guess Warren - Anna is an associate for the pr company. S | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 19:04 | Guys there might not be anything in this but Venture Life Group started following OPTI on twitter a few days ago, even though the Strategic Development and Commercial Alliance with them was announced back in June 2015. Perhaps these are our UK partner? All guesswork until we see the RNS! | parob
15/1/2018 18:40 | I think we will hear some news this week too! Tuesdays are always a good day! ;-) | primal123
15/1/2018 18:29 | I e/mailed Anna Dunphy the senior associate at OPTI back in May 2017 to enquire when LP-LDL would be available in the UK as I suffer from high blood pressure and high cholesterol she replied. The Company is working with partners in the UK to get the products on the shelves here as soon as possible, I gave up the ghost 2 weeks ago and purchased LD-LDL from Germany, the other LTH have my symphathy I am one of them, been in since the 12p days so can't complain financially. We have been patient for so long now not much longer to wait in my opinion before the starting gates are opened. GLA. | warren1982
15/1/2018 18:18 | Huge news coming any day (possibly tomorrow) that'll send our share price stratospheric! Best share on AIM! | f3rdinand
15/1/2018 18:15 | Jj's love fest has a ring to it! Guys at the end of the day I'm a genuine believer in Opti! When I invest it's from profits from my business dealings, my wife is sick of me talking about Opti tbh. Let's have a new Opti love fest bb so newcomers see a positive united stance. Maybe the government can follow suit.... | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 18:03 | Catholics have the confessional (boy have they a need for it), SA has the mercy seat...where I'm often found...what can I say. ;) | elrico
15/1/2018 17:51 | Love Fest :) | judijudi
15/1/2018 17:49 | Its a love fest. Any of you going to Berlins love parade this summer? ;) | elrico
15/1/2018 17:45 | Shrewd cannot speak for JJ but In my case I am wary of any BB poster especially when they post one reason why they have sold shares on one BB then post a different reason on another BB for the same sale other than that your ok and seem a nice guy 😊 | scotty1
15/1/2018 17:42 | Yep I just don’t trust somebody who brags about how many shares they allegedly hold, brag that they have £10,000’ I’ll say no more as it’s spoiling a good BB | judijudi
15/1/2018 17:35 | Judi/Scotty One last and final question. Have you at any time since you held Opti made introductions to potential partners, suggested to your business contacts in the food industry to have a discussion with or in any other way tried to open doors for soh to improve Optis reach? S | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 17:31 | actually come on you and judi have a real issue with me so what's the problem apart from me trading a few shares around the edges which in the big scheme doesn't make a jot of difference to the Opti price. It used to be I say when I've bought not when I sell then when I do say I've sold a few I get berated again! I have serious skin in the game here and if I trade around the edge to increase that skin then I will. When there's only few supporters do we really need to be criticising amongst ourselves? S | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 17:28 | Yeah I think SOH family came in at about 75p from what I remember.. | loungeact
15/1/2018 17:26 | Scotty, :) | judijudi
15/1/2018 17:25 | Scotty Sorry genuinely couldn't remember! I thought it was but I dont make notes and I was just going from memory obviously isn't as good as yours. I'm jealous of your rain man ability to recall facts. I live day to day juggling dozens of deals with no notes so sometimes I forget. S | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 17:16 | Shrewd you know full well they bought at a higher price as I believe you have posted that info before a good while back and I have a bloody good memory 😁 | scotty1
15/1/2018 17:12 | Diamond didn't they buy in at a higher price than current sp? Could be wrong. | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 16:25 | So has SOH brother and son, the writing is on the wall boys, don't worry. DIAMOND. | diamond fibre
15/1/2018 16:09 | Shrewd - 100% as I said I am happy here and it will come good. I am just giving an example of what other people have said to me but I have said basically everything you have. This will be the game changer and I am looking to add more this week! | primal123
15/1/2018 16:05 | Actually can I ask would most people rather the news was leaking so we attracted the REAL short term brigade or that we have a water tight ship as we do now? I prefer to trust the CEO and be happy I added when that big Rns hits and the herds are scrambling. | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 16:03 | Primal I've been here for a long time. My 'trading' pot is about 5% now of my portfolio. Trust me I'm not hurting anyone especially when last week I got a tad under mid price for a decent amount. I made a few quid and bought back with other funds and had to pay a premium to do so but my trading profits made it worthwhile. They are still running and eventually will come back here too. Point I'm making is a few thousand shares here and there is not influencing this. There is also definitely at least one buyer out there judging by what I've bought and sold at recently. In order to have bought 40k last week I was quoted way over 70p! My advice, let soh do his job, ignore the day to day penny or two fluctuations (how many times now have they dropped it early only To raise it again in the pm) Let the movement of wealth happen and as soon as that's done we will be away. Just for the record there's a reason I'm trading a pot - I commited to not taking a wage for a year from October and to replace that with trading a few k here and there as I believe it's possible. Opti is by far my largest holding and I will continue to add fr more than I trade when funds allow. S | shrewdmole
15/1/2018 16:01 | Even salad...via salad cream of course ;) | elrico
15/1/2018 15:54 | Lounge My point is just because we don't know about it it doesn't mean there isn't immense amounts of interest. Seriously look at the calibre of the people named in our Rns?! Tata - huge CII - huge supply Kellogg's etc Knighton are prt of northern foods household brand names. I would hazard a guess soh is either pulling his hair out at the comments on here about the credibility and lack of interest or he's thinking you just wait for these deals guys! Remember he has more skin in the game than any of us. It is not inconceivable that one of Optis products or ip could be in what say 50% of everything we consume within 5 years? Cereals, bread, bagels (remember they've adapted the strain to be able to be baked) ready meals, crisps, shakes, dairy (yoghurts etc) cooking sauces, Pretty much any product that is produced so excluding meat salad and veg we could have an Opti product in. Now that doesn't happen overnight but in the meantime we are being paid to just agree deals and we are getting major global players commiting to cover our r and d costs - all of that is being lost to many people. My biggest worry is being taken out too early. S | shrewdmole |
