Flip...
I've only been out few hours and S/p looking very good.

I thought that RNS was packed with so much great news update, for a new development start up company, backed up with science. Plus the news sensitive info contained therein...

Anyhow, folk seem to have digested it now and price seems to be going higher...

I personally feel we've had so many on the sidelines due to TW and his buy under 80 remarks etc etc.. But folk have waited for us to break from the 60's and those all important RNS so we've got momentum building now...just my opinion. Folks starting to invest/trade because we're fast approaching end of year and it's only matter of time now... IMHO... no more questions of does it or doesn't it work dilemma...

Anyhow, just my humble opinion.
Do your own research or look at header here, so many articles provided by Elric, which SOH has been party too. So I don't think you'd be in a more unique situation to obtain information from all directions.

The problem with you neft is that you're a trader and you don't look at the bigger picture, you clearly want a big rise quite quickly so you can make a quick buck. You maybe have better opportunities elsewhere if you want to do that. SOH is building a solid business here and the share price will follow once people actually realise the potential. You need to do some more research and stop looking at the share price every minute!

forgive me so Elrico, it might well mean the 5% autisim in me that craves clarity and believe me, i know that where you are concerned on this bb, you have to tread very carefully, otherwise you attract the fury of many others, you could say, your desciples in recognition of your work and effort put in this thread. All the same, maybe coincidence, a rise these days is often associated with an update from TW. And noone answered where he gets his information from and i dont think i am moaning as someone put it, using the wrong word, methinks. Obviously like anyright minded person, i am not happy with the sp, unless i was in at 8p

Elrico ignore the idiot, he looks to creating a negative most likely because he has sold on the rise and hoping it does fall back again. We all know you have been negative with tw's tone. You have reference p&g and rerating news imminent and it never did.

Neft - You must realise I have always quoted sources as standard, honestly and in a transparent fashion for obvious reasons. Post 27727 was an exception and put right immediately Someuwin brought it to my attention. It was simple oversight due to other material things flying around me. Foolish error on my part, that is for sure, but put right. Your are of course commenting on an issue that has been corrected some time ago now, so begs the question why bring it up? In any event, I'm pretty confident everyone that read it at the time could easily distinguish my comments from SOH...ESPECIALLY the hype comments by me and I'm sure TW is sick of me stating so, hence his comments on share price "F* it you update investors" Or word to that effect.

Be sure to bring your concerns regarding my relationship with SOH with him - I am sure everyone will applaud you if SOH cut's my legs from underneath me.

Neft - stop the constant moaning, the reason he responds is he is different to all other CEOs and is very approachable and organised and he makes time to respond ALWAYS, to me also. DE is out so I don't understand why JH is coming up with rubbish saying he's not!

Tom w fails to understand what opti is doing. Optis is building the science behind future products that will bring significant health benefits to people worldwide at affordable prices. Eg nicks comment last night.... Anti-hypertensive drugs were the second largest therapy area in 2011 with the global sales value of more than USD 40 billion. Now, opti are not creating drugs but natural products that have the same if not better results than drugs. They can be sold otc due to the regulations, a gap in the market soh has spotted here. I can understand people frustrated this hasn't gone anywhere in the last year or so after but the next step up is what soh is building now which IMO will be very quick when it happens. The company ten bagged very quickly and has been range bound until commercial traction hits. All the signs are there are they not?Cereal ingredients hint is just another surprise. Opti get in close with the manufactures of the biggies the distribution deals become a whole lot easier and quicker. The next 12 months will be very exciting.

Also, the poster JH was hinting that DE was not out and someone was using something to his advantage or did i get that very wrong or maybe it was just speculation (like most people) on his part, over to you JH

1) TW was having a go at the PR company

2) Whether you like it or not, usually after a TW update, the share price usually goes up and then a day or so later goes down. Probably the the last time was the one saying DE was out.

3) Where does TW get his information from, presumably AR who is a director of OPTI, although i presume does very little now in the day to day running of the business side of matters.

4) A good idea from Someuwin for Elrico to "..." the actual quotes from SOH. So as i understand the final paragraph of today's post from Elrico was relating to his commuincations with TW, rather than SOH and the rest of his post did belong to SOH. 2 things from this, A) an oberservation, viz., it is quite unusual for a PI to have this very close realtionship with the boss of a £50M company, who responds so quickly. Now i am not being funny here and it is such a good thing but you have to admit that it is strange that a very busy man can respond so quickly. b) Could not SOH via AR put an end to these messages from TW about the 80/100 musings or is there something that we dont know about which prevents this from taking place.

Just some of the 'healthy' cereals that could benefit from Opti's weight formulation and / or cardiovascular additions.

Kellogs - Cornflakes, All Bran, Special K.

Nestle - Shredded Wheat

General Mills is more of a US brand. But does own the Nature Valley cereal bar brand in UK.

"Launched in 2006, Nature Valley™ is the No. 1 cereal bar brand in the UK and Ireland."

Wow, this info in elrico post 277727 is mindblowing. This is the stuff hsr should be getting across. Does soh have more confience in elrico or has tom too much on his plate with other stuff? Tom is always having a pop at bbms, yet ignore key info like nicktopten posted and elrico jumped all over it and in doing so was able to get real detailed info from soh because of it.

I like the pop elrico has at tom, he is on the money there. Tom should keep to the facts instead of speculating on big news are re rating on hard numbers.

Had forgotten that OPTI are presenting in Barcelona today...

"OptiBiotix invited to present at Expoquimia in Barcelona

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM:OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, announces it has been invited to present its research and commercial developments at the 18(th) edition of Expoquimia-World Chemical Summit ('Expoquimia') in Barcelona, Spain, on 5 October 2017.

Expoquimia is a multidisciplinary event held triennially in which the industry, professional associations, governments and academia come together to discuss future opportunities and challenges in industrial chemistry and biotechnology. In its previous edition, it had over 600 exhibitors and 38,000 visitors, making it one of the largest industrial chemistry events in Europe.

The Company will present the presentation titled: 'New approaches: microbiome modulation as therapeutic intervention', which will provide an overview of the wide array of existing strategies to modulate the microbiome to support human health, with a special focus on OptiBiotix's technology platforms for the development of novel prebiotics and probiotics.

Stephen O'Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, commented: "This invitation shows that OptiBiotix is being increasingly regarded as a key player in microbiome science and industrial biotechnology. The interest in our OptiScreen(R) and OptiBiotic(R) platforms suggests that the industry believes we are developing commercially-attractive products that will need to be manufactured at an industrial scale in the near future. We are very excited to take part and feel very honoured and thankful to the organisers for considering us."

I'm taking that as a big hint here!

Cheers for that elrico.

I do think its important though that if you are quoting directly from SOH you make it clear. And maybe put " " around the quote.

For example, is the last paragraph in your last post from you or from SOH?

TW and other investors have missed a couple of key points :- SOH comment.

1. The fact that Sacco have appointed a product Manager at significant financial cost to support entry to the US probiotic market and extend the product opportunity into dairy. Sacco are one of the worlds largest probiotic manufacturers and this reflects the confidence they have in the product i.e a major manufacturer is paying to promote and sell our products in the US. This investment is expected to be in the region of over €500K and provides investors with an update to our RNS in August where we announced the Sacco deal and indicated a commitment from them to support the funding of further developments to expand the commercialisation of LPLDL® into new markets. This is a big commitment by a partner to access a big market.

2. The incorporation of SlimBiome into cereal products with one of the major suppliers to cereal manufacturers such as Kelloggs, Nestle, General Mills etc in the US. Investors who read our interims will remember that we stated that we see the deal with Tata as the first of a number of deals in international markets. Given we have a B2B strategy then central to any deal in international markets is a relationship with a manufacturer who can provide SlimBiome in different formats for consumer companies like Kelloggs, General Mills etc. This announcement builds on our interims and reports a new technical innovation which extends the opportunities for SlimBiome to the US in the substantive health and well bing sectors.

At OptiBiotix we try to inform investors of progress, or otherwise, so they can make their investment decisions based on a reliable source. Some announcements will announce commercials deals whilst others provide a pointer to the direction of the company and the progress it is making. This RNS REACH was announced to inform investors of the launch of products with partners into the US markets. We feel this information is of value to investors, particularly given the scale of the opportunity offered by the US market. This was signalled in our interims and supported by our recent FDA registration, itself a significant milestone for the company. Clearly we would not have expanded our reach unless we had confidence in our products. This confidence has also been shown by our partners who have provided us with exhibition space, appointed new staff, and developed products at their own cost. This is highly unusual in this market and reflects the confidence these partners have in OptiBiotix. We believe this was worthwhile sharing with investors.

We will continue to inform investors of how we are building the company across all platforms and territories. As I have often repeated we will not speculate on the timings or numbers of specific deals with partners as we respect the confidentiality and support these partners provide. We believe this approach is more valuable in the longer term for investors.

End

A concern I have and brought up with TW directly, is repeating his hype of rerating hard numbers soon and £1 by Christmas. It is this type of language that has seen us trade sideway and increased volatility. He unwittingly creates the illusion OPTI are not delivering on HIS HYPE.
