04/10/2017 21:03 | Erico..... FFS! you don't hang about do you!! And neither it seems does SoH ! Thanks for that and good luck to all. | nicktopten
04/10/2017 20:56 | Wow. Thanks for posting this Elrico. V interesting point in there. Did you notice it? So far, SoH has always mentioned that he wanted to build Opti into a £200m company. Now he's saying that he wants to build it into "a £200m - £600m company". If it gets to that level, I'll need some Lactobact to control my blood pressure! John | 2350220
04/10/2017 20:41 | Nick - From SOH prompted by your experience. Thanks, We are confident from our laboratory and human studies that we have a safe and effective product and are pleased that we have been able to help an investor reduce his high blood pressure without the use of medications like the Ace inhibitors or statins and their associated side effects. Our data shows a similar group effect on blood pressure and cholesterol across a much wider population group (young/old; male/female; high/medium cholesterol etc) and of course in much higher population numbers. Our data shows the higher the blood pressure or cholesterol the greater the effect so the benefits are greatest in those most in need. This product is just a single example of a range of products we are launching to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, cardiovascular risk, and more general products to promote healthy ageing. We are launching these products in capsule, tablet, and satchet format with partners in Europe, Asia, and the US, and hope to be able to offer the clear benefits these safe and natural products produce to consumers in the UK either via online channels and/or retail stores later this year/ at the start of 2018. It is increasingly being recognised that these next generation natural products are the future of modern healthcare and you will see increasing evidence for the widespread use of these products over the forthcoming months and years. We are pleased, and hopefully investors are excited, that OptiBiotix is leading this revolution in healthcare and feel that as the evidence base and usage of these products grow we will be able to build a £200-600m company in the years ahead. I believe OptiBiotix is unique in that it has gone through a pharmaceutical like development process to identify, develop, and validate the safety and efficacy of natural microbiome modulating products based on strong science, independent humans studies, and world key opinion leader support. We believe this offers investors a great investment as well as the opportunity to shape the future of modern healthcare. (Please feel free to post and share with others). Best Wishes, Stephen OHara | elrico
04/10/2017 20:06 | Yes the price would not be at the mercy of a few loose sellers and some iffy market markers. | bobdown2
04/10/2017 19:28 | And that is key really! This isn't some fad; this is science and with results like mentioned above it can only possibly be a massive seller once the products are mainstream! If this was a pharma with such amazing results- what would you expect our market cap to be? | f3rdinand
04/10/2017 19:23 | Plasbryn, heres a link.... think eBay is a possibility as well | nicktopten
04/10/2017 18:53 | What great results...but being greedy...how much is all this stuff worth. A product that lowers cholesterol and blood pressure. An absolute gold mine..and sweetbiotix still to arrive..amazing. | bobdown2
04/10/2017 18:49 | Great results Nick. Where do you buy it from? | plasybryn
04/10/2017 18:46 | P.s. I know the go figure diet worked! I can vouch for that strand of Opti that's for sure... | joyjoy13
04/10/2017 18:43 | Hi Nicktopten, No probs. Just think it's awesome your results and even more so if you've not changed anything else in your lifestyle! Just think of the impact on folk who just do even one life style change to run alongside the medication! I'm so happy for you but also such a good feeling to actually be a shareholder in a company that is actually doing something for humanity! We need this on so many levels.... Keep up the good work! All the best | joyjoy13
04/10/2017 18:43 | Sounds like a great result, Nick. Validating the science firsthand pleasing, something I know something of with GoFigure/SlimBiome. Ref trades; MM's cleary have been taking libs....no late report sell to explain yesterday 1.75p drop and more chunky buys seemingly marking us down again. Sadly, this seems to be the norm with OPTI's MM. I've not fully digested today's RNS yet, but there does appear to be a couple of significant gems in there for the future. Sacco and CII of course. | elrico
04/10/2017 17:56 | Joy, sorry , I meant I wasn't going to measure cholesterol level again till I had finished course !! But now you mention it I might well get in touch with Opti as it would be interesting to find out if they would expect this kind of result. I am aware that there are many things that can influence blood pressure such as lifestyle, exercise, smoking etc... and to avoid any doubt Im going to measure it again with a different machine tmrw! Btw, I haven't changed anything re lifestyle in last six weeks. | nicktopten
04/10/2017 17:18 | Nicktopten Wow, thank you so much for sharing your findings and congratulations on health benefits you've achieved, amazing and thoroughly delighted to hear this from one of our bullitin board posters! I note what you say about not advising Opti yet but I'm tempted to say, perhaps contact them now since your a shareholder and you haven't finished full timeframe yet but look how excellent the results are NOW! can't wait to hear how you progress... But I'm sure SOH would really appreciate some good wholesome feedback as a pleasant change... let him know the work their doing truly is making a difference and worth all the hours they must be putting in above and beyond the call of duty... Anyhow, just my thoughts but respect your wishes. Once again, congratulations! | joyjoy13
04/10/2017 16:44 | I was going to wait till I had finished course for that! | nicktopten
04/10/2017 16:40 | Nick, that reduction is amazing! Sure the Opti team will be keen to talk to you! No cholesterol measured yet? | deeppockets
04/10/2017 16:21 | UPDATE: Im half way through the course of Lactobact LPLDL. No side effects at all. My blood pressure at start (six weeks ago) was 140 over 98. It is now 122 over 81. I was not expecting any noticeable reduction as LPLDL is primarily for reduction in cholesterol. I am gobsmacked!! My blood pressure has not been in this range since my twenties and Im mid fifties now. Indeed, last year I was prescribed Ace Inhibitors to reduce blood pressure, but the best they could do was 130 over 95 (diastolic still quite high) so I gave up taking them. As I mentioned previously my cholesterol level was 5.5 at start and I will have another blood test at end of course and let you know outcome. All good here !! | nicktopten
04/10/2017 14:25 | Ah Slarty imparts some wisdom....lol. Seriously, good points matey. Stop doing those double shifts, they make you grumpy. | elrico
04/10/2017 13:28 | JH, you seem convinced that DE has not sold all his shares and hinting maybe that TW has been up to some form of sculduggery, is that right or am i reading too much into your recent post's ? I see SBTX is down as well and does not seem to be following opti in share price terms as some on here were originally indicating. | neftanikoff
04/10/2017 13:25 | It says he's sales and technical manager for Sacco and has experience working for Galbani an Italian dairy giant.Timescales need to be more realistic as getting industry leaders to sell your products is most likely a very difficult negotiation. It does however tell you that Sacco think LPLDL will a success. | riskybusiness1
04/10/2017 13:00 | Great news Sacco are in eating in Opti but check LinkedIn and this guy left Uni in 2013 so hardly a senior person there. I'm a long term holder and huge support but need to be realistic | deeppockets
04/10/2017 12:39 | Important piece from the RNS 'Sacco have appointed Dr Lucio Lepera as Product Manager for LPLDL®. This is a significant financial commitment from Sacco, to support entry to the US probiotic market and extend the opportunities offered by LPLDL® into dairy applications to access the $35.5 billion probiotic dairy market'.Big commitment again from one of the largest players in this space. This goes with what Per mentioned via Twitter about training the Sacco team. Opti now have a new sales team that comes with the name of a respected world renowned industry leader at no extra cost. The Sacco deal is almost looking like the perfect execution of Optis business plan. | riskybusiness1
04/10/2017 12:02 | jh think about what you post before you actually submit it,if the MMs had stock to shift they would want buyers, they also drop a share price to entice sellers when they have a buyer. | scotty1
04/10/2017 11:30 | The MMs at present don't wish for buyers hence the drop. Would indicate that Cantor are still trying to shift stock. D Evans ?? | john henry
04/10/2017 11:22 | I mentioned IMM up over 30% on Monday - today MTFB(I hold) is up over 30%. No revenues on either yet but the market is realising the potential revenue stream. Once it wakes up to OPTI potential revenue stream v its cost base this will do the same IMHO | malreid |
