31/7/2019 07:06 | Results tomorrow! Thank goodness for that I was starting to get nervous... | jinvest1
30/7/2019 14:50 | Aim rules differ I see. How confusing! Thanks | ppvn
30/7/2019 14:40 | Part One – AIM Rules - Annual accounts An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate. | smithless
30/7/2019 13:38 | They have to release their results tomorrow. Been through the FCA handbook and "an issuer must make public its annual financial report at the latest four months after the end of each financial year". They changed the financial year end to be 31st March - by my calculations that gives them until tomorrow. | ppvn
30/7/2019 10:46 | The company has until the end of September to release its results, but I would be surprised if its results are not tomorrow or very early August, as CFO quite clearly stated in the Shares presentation 'when we announce our results in July'. Over the last 5 yrs it's been 21 May, June 2, Aug 1, Sept 29, Sept 24, although the last 2 yrs were delayed I suspect because of the problems with Gujarat. | smithless
30/7/2019 09:51 | I believe (and this is only from what has been written here previously) that Dmitry said at a couple of investor evenings that FY results would be in July. I really do like this company but it's just things like not updating their financial calendar section of their website that irks me! Perhaps results aren't due now but I'll have to defer to those who heard it from the horses mouth, as it were. | ppvn
30/7/2019 09:24 | I know word on the street was July - are we still confident of that? | lizardman_
30/7/2019 09:08 | I have no idea but had been expecting them now for about 3 weeks! Worse than waiting for a kettle to boil! Significantly worse! | ppvn
30/7/2019 08:17 | I would have thought they would avoid releasing on the last day of the month. | lizardman_
29/7/2019 20:46 | Hadn't noticed those but maybe I guess! Not sure though if the 21's were a buy or a sell though? I haven't been checking the bid and know with this one it's quite often misreported. Think pretty much every time I've bought its shown up as a sell! | ppvn
29/7/2019 16:44 | Judging by the buys at the bell.....tomorrow it is ? | santangello
29/7/2019 15:39 | Tomorrow?! | ppvn
25/7/2019 11:25 | PPVN, you make a good case for OPG now being classed as a 'long-term hold and reap the benefits' kind of share... | turbocharge
25/7/2019 10:15 | Well to be honest if they can demonstrate a full year of decent cash generation and Andy's best mate doesn't go splurging on boats/rusty power stations/land it'll start to go a long way to making this a decent investment case. I personally think it already is - it should pay close to a 10% yield at this price and that'll continue to grow as their debt load falls. In a couple of years once the debt is paid off, why couldn't they pay somewhere north of 6p divs? At today's price that's an absolute steal for future cashflow imo. It's all built, customers already signed up, just keep it running is all they need to do. | ppvn
25/7/2019 09:55 | I guess it gives a little more time for those 16p buyers to exit and low-20's buyers to enter. Might help push the price up over 30p... | jinvest1
25/7/2019 08:13 | Nah... fairly certain it'll be tomorrow...!! | ppvn
25/7/2019 07:18 | Damn nothing today... looks like next week now? | jinvest1
24/7/2019 10:36 | Argh! Seems "tomorrow" really never does come! Do find it relatively hard to believe the share price is still low 20s. Oh well, guess it'll be another 3 figure %age increase when they finally come out! | ppvn
23/7/2019 16:17 | My guess is Monday or Tuesday next week. | lizardman_
23/7/2019 16:08 | PR company said this week last week...though they have been over optimistic before. Nonetheless I would hope this week. Worst case scenario it really should be before the last day of July, anything later would be very poor form after the assurances from both OPG and Tavistock. Not long now! | jinvest1
23/7/2019 15:56 | My best guess is 'soon' if that helps. Still underwater with my holding here, let's hope this bullish trend continues, and the long awaited results, when they come, explode the share price to the 'reasonable' 50p level! | turbocharge
23/7/2019 15:19 | Seem to remember that their debt is around the 10% mark so yes either paying down or refinance definitely the way forward. Have you heard anything more about results day?! I'm guessing tomorrow, but have guessed that a few times already... | ppvn
23/7/2019 15:06 | Oh I think maintaining some debt is fine as clearly the assets earns a reasonably sustainable return and certainly substantially in excess of the cost of debt and so keeping say £50m of debt is probably okay. But they certainly should pay off what they have as I guess it'll be more expensive debt than if they refi'd what they have. | andycapp1 |
