A new promotional 'chat':

CEO: 'I am a tough negotiator'; we knew that. And 'purchase multiples edging up'; we knew that too.

Positive about the market in general, and the potential for NFTS amongst other things.

Further increment of the OMIP offer:

CEO still sounding chipper:

The lower the share price the greater the value :.) We'll see.

It seems the more he talks the lower the share price goes. This share has become a massive value trap I am afraid and I think TCAT is our only out. Let's hope the news is positive.

The CEO has been busy. Interviews on radios Jersey, Solent, Humberside and LBC.

Sounds chipper.

7.2p to buy. Difficult for me to believe that's not good longterm value, but delusional beliefs are pretty common ;.)

Good luck with that yump. I just get a resigned 'what IS he doing now?' look.

Re: the TCAT Tweet, it's a tease. Means something but who knows what.

What is public is that fundraising is active now. And IMV their CTO Gareth Waller is highly capable, and operating within a lively Northern Ireland tech and fintech ecosystem. It wouldn't surprise me if there had been a further insight/software development that maintains or extends their lead vs competitors. Or maybe not. 2022 is make or break year for TCAT; there is a need to rapidly scale team, capability and of course revenue. Of course OMIP will remain viable and cash generative whatever happens to TCAT, but spinning it out would radically improve cashflow, market perception and sum of the parts valuation.

A nanocap in stealth mode - great description ! That's what I'll use to explain it to my wife and see if I can get away with it.

Are we about to see great things from TCAT

H - OMIP will not raise more equity funds at a discount; neither the CEO or the recent insti investors (or us) would be happy with that. Further equity raise would have to see the share price shift first. I think '22 has the ingredients for that shift.

I don't think any of us would be here if we thought the market was pricing OMIP rationally. (Arguably) it has drifted way below fair value due substantially to its nanocap status and at times appearing to be in stealth mode.

2022 could/should see
- TCAT fundraise
...(a) substantially reducing/eliminating OMIP's ongoing TCAT spend and therefore substantially enhancing free cashflow
...(b) external validation of TCAT's value as post-revenue media SaaS, with OMIP retaining a substantial minority stake.
- further selective asset purchases at PE of say 10-12
- full year effect of last year's asset purchases
- perhaps even a minor boost from weakening of UKP:USD

I suspect one or two little surprises too.

Hi guys. If you want anyone to actually read these PR announcements you need to post them on the main bulletin board for OMIP

Thanks Doc. That is the conundrum in a nutshell. We are having to pay 11x to buy rights and as soon as we do the market values them along with our existing rights at closer to 5 x. So the more we buy the greater dilution we see. If we are paying 11 x surely we have to raise any new money at that value which would be over 15p or the whole thing is crazy. Maybe any TCAT announcement will push up over 10p as a first step.

Few more tweets from CEO, MI.

MI discussed recent deals and rights revenues in general with Eddy Mair (now of LBC) - the 5 minute interview is at

From 2 hrs 55'

Multiples of 8 to 12 mentioned again. If we're lucky!

Yep it's happening. Clear intent throughout 2021 for TCAT to become independent of OMIP, with OMIP retaining a large but minority stake.

EIS approval gained. Fundraising active now, with CEO stating in recent video to expect update in early 22. You can see why OMIP would be attractive to EIS/VCT portfolio managers.

Sounds like it - I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

It might benefit from floating off - it would be a clearer strategy then - seeing as OMIP is a mini-SONG.

An independent tech service business seems more logical and might open up a larger market.

Lets hope its not the normal media 'positivity' talk. That's a pattern - the media lot always put a positive spin on even the smallest of developments.

Thats a genuinely funny post - thanks.

Oh the irony of attempting to show the workings of an unproven charting theory, while being unable to spell its keyword: oscillation.

Classic advfn.

Going straight into my forthcoming blog of posts.

Big spenders out today ;-)

Hopefully TCAT will cause a bit more interest in the share - like some sort of recurring revenue licence to a major player to make a share more attractive.

Its a bit boring at the moment, but I've learnt not to be bored out of shares, as long as there's nothing obviously wrong.

Be interesting to know what the various film uses bring in revenue.
