13/3/2021 10:52 | Compare the prominence of SONG and its rating with that of OMIP! | spin doctor
12/3/2021 15:58 | Yes. share price may well get frisky (both directions) in the run up to results. Best to sit tight and maybe not watch too closely! | spin doctor
12/3/2021 13:58 | odd trading this morning, looked like we were on the move for a minute.. | wanttowin
03/3/2021 12:07 | Not seen that article. TCAT has been in use for a while with the two labels - hope OMIP are not tied into long term fixed price deals, as the value of the service must be increasing. | yump
03/3/2021 11:43 | Yes. The narrative in the piece below is more expansive than I have seen before. But harder evidence of the value, generalisability and competitive advantage would be good. | spin doctor
03/3/2021 11:32 | If I ever manage to get to an AGM I'd be very keen to find out whether TCAT is one of many or one of few ways of tracking, because all the businesses that hold rights need to track use of catalogues. Especially if they're going to justify the valuations they've put on the future returns. | yump

22/2/2021 12:20 | I'm expecting a major announcement on TCAT this year, if its worth a separate op. division. "The creation of the subsidiary is part of TCAT's next phase of development to become a leading anti-piracy service for the music industry." Once OMIP is noticed as a tech tool provider, not just a royalty earner, I think the shares will get a new lease of life. I wonder if its possible to get a revenue share on royalties saved using TCAT, although sounds a bit complicated. If that was possible, TCAT takes OMIP into a much larger pool of royalty earnings without actually owning any rights. | yump
22/2/2021 11:25 | Yet another example of how streaming is entering the financial mainstream: And OMIP offers a smart solution. OMIP, as a nano-cap, is clearly off the radar for the moment. But results and news to come as the cash is deployed. | spin doctor
20/2/2021 20:52 | Interesting and we have all this potential for £17 million Market Cap | nextlink
20/2/2021 19:29 | BPI references to market growth and copyright protection. | spin doctor
17/2/2021 21:15 | This Daily Mail 'Investing ideas' article has been updated and extended. | spin doctor
15/2/2021 21:47 | All quiet on the share price front, and only modest trading volumes. Results were 31st March last year, and the last trading update said expected in March this year. Not long to wait, and maybe one or two deals announced in the meantime. Hoping for an exciting (positive!) few weeks. | spin doctor
10/2/2021 19:23 | MI interviews well in my opinion. Consistent. No hyperbole. Sticks to the knitting. His tweet today implies he is frustrated with the lack of share price progress. It will happen. | spin doctor
10/2/2021 13:02 | I'm surprised not to see a tick up on the back of todays news.. Perhaps the 12.5% spread is putting a few off ! | wanttowin
10/2/2021 12:06 | Shame they couldn't find an older picture of Stevie Nicks (mmmm), but other than that good to read. Surely only a matter of time before OMIP gets noticed a bit more. Quite a bit of comment on the news and press about the problems of loss of income for artists with the problems of tracking streaming, which is moving the focus firmly to dealing with it. | yump
10/2/2021 10:09 | updated article | the shuffle man
10/2/2021 09:56 | I didn’t read fully. So its the margin that will improve. | yump
10/2/2021 09:38 | Not really adding as we had licensed those rights a long time ago but we have bought out the licensor rights. So no increase in sales but increase in NPS. Seems a good bit of tidying up but not really move the dial yet. They are moving though so I expect decent regular news flow throughout 2021 | harrogate
10/2/2021 09:29 | First use of the Harmony IP strategy this morning, adding a cluster of famous and long-lasting artists. | yump
04/2/2021 21:14 | A further ProActive update: Nice summary. Nothing new. | spin doctor
02/2/2021 22:22 | Interesting tweet from CEO today, commenting positively on Men&Motors viewing data and quality of advertisers. They do seem top notch, and the overall product is slick: | spin doctor
31/1/2021 21:22 | Yes we will. Market Cap £15M. 40% not in public hands. The remainder generally with long-term holders. Effective free float is tiny. When the share price moves it will shift.., I think recent selling is bored PIs. The larger holders would not have had to sell much (1% = £160k value) to have triggered an announcement, and given the recent flurries of interest they would not have had difficulty selling if they wanted to. Recent investments by decent EIS and VCT funds are reassuring. | spin doctor |
