In my opinion it is time to sack the CEO for a low share price and for signing exclusivity deals that allow the Partner to stop the rollout without financial recompense to Ocado.

If CEO is awarded shares for a share price north of £29?, surely the corollary is if share price falls below £4 or £3 the share scheme should produce a negative which is then applied to subsequent schemes?

No more to one-sided schemes. Mess up and its a negative and it stays till it is cancelled out.

The CEO isn't delivering Tesco or M& S returns so why the benchmark? I wonder how minimum hourly rate employee who delivers for Ocado is worth is worth a fraction compared to CEO- who in turn has under delivered on cfc rollout, robotic orders and new partnerships?

In my opinion the CEO isn't another Elon Musk or Tim Cook or Michael O'Lesry. Ocado needs a closer not a rainbow man who keeps promising a pot of gold tomorrow. Time to sack those who have had time and money but have under delivered.

Ocado needs to turn things around or follow Darktrace's example and find a buyer to acquire Ocado. The only return London stock exchange offers for Ocado,is shorting rather than investing in the business Time for Ocado to look after its shareholders.

The Board have opted to allow HSBC analyst and some websites to inform shareholders about Kroger cfc/spoke update. I wonder if the Ocado Board should have issued a rns to London stock exchange?
Imo it is time for CEO to take the can for the Kroger miss.

The spokes under performed- the question is it down to Kroger or the jv? Regardless it shows Ocado is struggling to hit its cfc rollout due to K's moratorium. Time for Ocado to pull its executive bonus plan and to only pay basic salary for missing targets and/or sack those responsible for missing targets.

The US CFC rollout appears to be on hold due to Kroger's takeover of Albertson (?) The exclusivity deal looks too restrictive and is stopping Ocado linking up with other grocers?
Should Ocado ask for a renegotiation of the jv deal to allow it to sign other partnering deals?

Has the exclusivity cfc deal with Kroger limited Ocado from tapping the US grocery market? Kroger's proposed takeover of Albertson seems to have created a moratorium on new cfcs? If there is a moratorium should Ocado be paid for waiting or be permitted to form other partnerships with other US grocers?
Ocado's growth should not be set by one partner's m&a strategy. Ocado needs to regain control of its growth and profitability.

The only downside in US listing in my opinion - any positive rerating would provide a quick paper profit for directors (share options). Directors should pay the cost of their own goals.
