He knows Ocado and he has said Asda needs to replace the Asda CEO - more the Booars have said about Mr Steiner. Mr Steiner has sacked a few directors but his missteps seem to go with more pay and options - imo he should have been sacked over the jv partner deals.

Ocado sales last 3 months have increased by a WHOPPING 14.3% :-)

M&S and Ocado have once again been named the fastest growing retailers over the last 12 weeks, with sales up 10.7% and 14.3%, respectively.

According to the latest data from NIQ, both Ocado and M&S experienced “significant growth” over the last four weeks with households shopping more often for summer indulgences, fresh food and groceries.

However, Asda and Aldi were the only supermarkets to experience a drop in sales over the 12 weeks, in comparison to the same period a year ago, with sales down 6.4% and 0.7%, respectively.

NIQ UK head of retailer and business insight Mike Watkins said: “As summer draws to a close, retailers will be under pressure to maintain sales growth in the next six weeks.

Is the CEO anothet Sir J Dyson or Sir J Ratcliffe. His CV looks more like that of the owners of Asda. - one problem or missteps after another. He needs to go.
The Kroger freeze on cfcs or Australian cfc delay needs to be addressed. The CEO should be culpable or those below in the hierarchy could feel those at the top are free from any culpability compared to the lower levels.
We need Lord Rose back to sort things out.
