I tend to agree that dilution is guaranteed but if the asset being absorbed is good enough it suggests that the overal value of existing holders could rise, even dramatically, if the market likes the deal. lets wait and see "golden tickets," "pension:"life changing", "transformational," ect

Brokerman Dan is now saying on twitter its something "techy" and and "a voluminious RNS in 7/10 days". He also says "a rights issue looms at the current price or a slight premium", which suggests shareholders or underwritters need to stump up. "New directors are also coming on board". Seems quite specific info if its true? Perhaps its not over after all.

Brokerman has been around for a long while and does seem to have access to information not in the public domain. The stock is suspended so no one can profit from it one way or another. Its interesting though hardly guaranteed.
