What’s to stop Jay and his cronies delisting NUOG and putting it into administration and then taking the assets of the company company off the administrator in exchange for the debt and transferring that to a new adventure. That way they keep their debt conversion alive and get rid of all those pesky shareholders with their awkward questions. 🤡👊✌️㈇6;
