17/3/2021 21:17 | I refer to the post of helpful regarding the cash entitlements "Why did they agree to two cash entitlements of £350,000 and £650,000 when they could have received shares in Nuog that appear to be inflating faster than the price of bitcoin?" Not the royalty fee Yes they do get a royalty of 6% on sales but then if they don't sell the barriers they again get a zip Overall the whole deal is structured to benefit the company before the owners. Even the directors have suspended any salary until the deal is completed. The whole board is adopting a decent and pragmatic direction as are the sellers of the business. They are not "heading off to Spain to the Costas" but working in the business to build it so that the rest of the money for the sale of the invention flows to them on the first and second anniversary The terms look to have been directed by the major shareholder GARY SMITH and STRAND HANSON who has probably assured them that the stipulations are required to get the open offer away. I am most gratified with the direction the business is taking and the more helpful and others like MARBUR are, I realize it's turned a corner. | taxibabe
17/3/2021 20:38 | They only get 350k in cash The rest of the consideration is subject to meeting performance targets on sales as is the 6% deal. They dont meet the performance targets they get zip Gsry smith has 320 million shares I would say "helpful" that the stakeholder's interests and those of shareholders is well aligned for once | taxibabe
17/3/2021 19:59 | You’ve gottta love that 6% royalty. On current sales = £30,000 a year. Nice earner for the founders for the next 30 years. Surprising they didn’t take that in confetti. 🏴a | 99887766
17/3/2021 19:20 | Your explanations are wonderful and enlightening. Makes the sellers of the business look like numphties though. Why did they agree to two cash entitlements of £350,000 and £650,000 when they could have received shares in Nuog that appear to be inflating faster than the price of bitcoin? After all, they know the most about the potential of the product. And they missed a chance when they decided to receive royalties from sales in cash rather than Nuog paper. Ho hum. | helpfull
17/3/2021 17:31 | It will end up at 80 million with a 1 to 100 consolidation and a price of 100p -200 p or 80 mill to 160 million within a couple of years | taxibabe
17/3/2021 13:19 | the placing, according to the company, was "in order to formally engage advisors, and to provide sufficient working capital to commence the Proposed Transaction". Are you accusing the company of lying? The company isn't lying and it will get the money from the placing. That is may suit the house brokers also is just business if it gets them out of the short that they MAY have laid just before the suspension. This is just business helpful and goes on in AIM every single day of the week. Luckily, with the MAIN LISTING we get to leave this cesspool. As for "10s of billions of shares:", I am not sure where your getting this projection from unless your assuming the shares will still be worth only 0.002p on the first and second anniversary of the deal with the sale parties of the business? There are 4.4 billion shares and it might go as high as 7-8 billion with what has been committed Dilution should be 40-50% or less by my reckoning So at 1.p the business is worth 80 million at 2p its worth 160 million Not huge money for the potential market leader in global maritime security I am sorry you missed out but its best to quit as your obviously not in and this ship has now sailed ARRR AHOY ME HEARTIES! | taxibabe
17/3/2021 11:38 | I recall that babbling idiot seadog blurting baseless propaganda for his her own benefit.... This twit sounds awfully familiar. | marbur05
17/3/2021 11:26 | I thought the placing, according to the company, was "in order to formally engage advisors, and to provide sufficient working capital to commence the Proposed Transaction". Are you accusing the company of lying? You appear to be accusing everyone of lying but yourself. Fake news I suppose. What are your views on the Covid-19 conspiracy? Are you being truthful when you say the tens of billions of Nuog shares are going to be worth 2p? | helpfull
17/3/2021 10:54 | The placing was almost certainly to cover an open short from the house broker, your nieve marbur | taxibabe
17/3/2021 08:35 | Can't work youb out, is it 1p 2p. 5p your all over the place with your wild and baseless predictions/rambling | marbur05
17/3/2021 06:22 | Sour grapes marbur, its heading to 2p. Just keep slagging off the company, maybe when it opens you can get in cheaper. PS if your short cover quickly | taxibabe
17/3/2021 04:33 | You leave anything open someone will steal it regardless of worth, just cos someone tried to the pinch the idea doesn't make it worth billions, it's a lifestyle busines, which suits nuog board perfectly, placing placing placing, Gary gets his cash back (imagine he has some dirt on the bod after orchestrated pump and dump) its not scalable, piracy happens in a few locations, it's affects only a a all number of ships, product is cheap with a low margin, there is stronger competition, this will do well, few hundred thousand profit maybe but that it, look who is involved, their all part time/semi retired..... it's a lifestyle business.... Post humongous placing and consolidation this won't even seen current share price 0.0275p again | marbur05
16/3/2021 15:13 | So in that case why did a co worker in the business allagedly seek to make off with the invention,? | taxibabe
16/3/2021 13:50 | "If it was rubbish why would the founders sell their house to develop it" desperation ? refusal to give up on the dream ? perhaps you should watch dragons den taxi and see how many stubborn 'potty entrepreneurs' come through that door with an idea or a concept or an existing business that is already mortgaged up to the hilt and will never ever become a 'profitable' or 'sustainable' or 'growth' business 🤦a Lady T is I suspect currently fast tracking her way to the costa bank in a fit of retirement laughter having narrowly escaped bankruptcy and homelessness 😲 1p huh 😂 😂 😂 | the patriotic irishman
16/3/2021 13:20 | Well i wont be selling for less,so take that to the bank. Personally I can see 2p in due course once the business develops. If it was such rubbish why would the founders actually sell their house to develop it? Why would their co-worker allegedly try to capitalise on their invention. Why would they bother with a main listing, what your saying makes no sense at all, although I can see you want it to fail. Sure they just had an emergency rights issue at 0.002 p but that was purely because (a) it was offered to insiders (b) the company is not trading and the deal may not actualise. If it does ,it will resume at many multiples of the current price. | taxibabe
16/3/2021 13:02 | Hahahaahaaaaaa you lunatic that made my chuckle .... They sell for a 100quid a piece and there are only a few thousand ships they really need them, oh and most of them are kitted out with the same product from a local rival. Your completly deranged. They just sold a billion shares at 0.002.... Thats its value. You will be lucky to see 0.001 pre consolidation. | marbur05
16/3/2021 12:51 | Pre consoldiation | taxibabe
16/3/2021 07:32 | Pre or post Consolidation | marbur05
15/3/2021 20:32 | Guessing 1p plus who knows? | taxibabe
15/3/2021 18:57 | I'm thinking your sweating with sleepless nights, and wondering how much this open short is going to cost you. I can tell that with the desperation in every post you put on. | 1233668899 |
