09/3/2021 09:45 | Morning all! Just passing by and thought I'd look in for old times' sake. Wtf is going on? | yogaboy
09/3/2021 07:19 | I 💕 that the new CEO “has over 30 years' experience in the security industry and has significant experience in maritime security”. Yet wasn’t good old Gary posting on here and twitter here going on about his decades of experience in oil and gas industry. Suspect his CV is written in Pencil. Surprisingly his accounts seem to have been deleted. brazil_nut24 Oct '19 - 12:56 - 42327 of 46375 0 0 0 Rampatsic NUwS .... feed on it at ur peril! 08/3/2021 23:18 | Average down I am quite happy with my piddling stake. I think its gonna be worth appreciably more then I thought only 24 hours ago, especially since helpful is being so helpful :-) | taxibabe

08/3/2021 18:52 | Shiver me timbers, didn't see this coming. Still p*ssing myself here..... | royscot1
08/3/2021 16:00 | Funny that you appear to cast doubt on the deal as soon as its done. I am guessing your not being "helpful" but represent parties interested in acquiring the few remaining meaningful stakes when this refloats. Forget it my dear, we are on to you and dont need your "help" . | taxibabe
08/3/2021 14:34 | The "C4 boys" are sitting pretty. They have " agreed a material write down of the debts face value, which will then be settled through the issue of new Ordinary Shares on completion of the Proposed Transaction alongside new warrants, both in lieu of cash repayment". It would be informative for shareholders to know how much C4 Energy paid to acquire the debt. Perhaps "Jay" who is a shareholder of C4 Energy could ask Parsons and Fumagalli, directors of C4 Energy, what was paid for the debt. And what constitutes a " material write down"? | helpfull
08/3/2021 13:29 | Absolute tosh, the C4 boys have the option to convert into shares but no obligation. Their more likely to get their loan back in cash as the company makes money them demand equity at this stage. | taxibabe
08/3/2021 13:15 | " raised £215,000 (gross) through the issue of 1.075 billion new Ordinary Shares (the "Placing Shares") at a placing price of £0.0002 per Placing Share". If the £6,000,000 acquisition and the £2,500,000 debt are converted into shares at 0.02p that would add 42,500,000,000 shares to the already 3,000,000,000 shares in place. 45,000,000,000 shares. Of course larger amounts than £215,000 will come at a much lower placing price. I'll punt on 100,000,000,000 at 0.001p. Has there ever been a trillion share company on AIM? Transformational? Someone has turned an oil and gas company into a paper (printing) company. Who'd have thunk it possible? | helpfull
08/3/2021 11:57 | This is true, 99887766, now I see what all the excitement is about with Cos. Thanks for your bringing the value of this deal to life in terms I can now understand. | royscot1
08/3/2021 11:52 | Its TRANSFORMATIONAL because the alternative was the knackers yard and delisting. Already 4.5 billion shares, placing at 0.0002 at over 60% discount to the last placing, plus the promise of billions of shares in dilution to come when they do the actual RTO, shareholders might be able to salvage a couple of quid instead of a big fat zero. 🤡👊 | 99887766
08/3/2021 11:49 | roys numbskull we will just have to wait and see transformational | cos1959
08/3/2021 11:48 | 🎻🤡 | average down mug
08/3/2021 11:40 | Cos, for pity's sake, just because the word transformational is used doesn't infer anything of value. Moving from one industry, gas and oil con merchants, to pirate hunting is transformational as it's completely different. End of. Deary me, I see this share is still inhabited by numbskulls. | royscot1
08/3/2021 11:36 | "a savvy businessman who has manoeuvred his way to be chief exec on what will no doubt be an eye-watering salary" LOL Roy, I just spat my coffee out as I instantly thought that you were describing one of Minty's sprogs there 😂 😂 😂 history repeating itself per chance ? you betcha 😉 sounds like this not so GREEN SPAC will be a 10 million wipe out for c(r)ash out 🤡 exciting times huh 🤦a # salty dog guardian SID 😋 | the patriotic irishman
08/3/2021 11:33 | Yes taxi I wouldn’t sell all your shares for 2p 3p one day they may be worth 5pence for THE LOT!! ☝️ | average down mug

08/3/2021 11:25 | transformational good enough for me | cos1959
08/3/2021 11:04 | A mug, like someone who bought in with 3 linked board members then missed the memo to sell a few days later and was left Locked in for 18 months. Savior..!!! Wonder what dirt he had on them to make him ceo / legally recoup losses. Hmmm I wonder | marbur05
08/3/2021 10:49 | Anyone any thoughts on why they are going for a Standard market listing rather than AIM? | stockriser |
