Their Cvs.... No deals corporate financier Dermot still on the job market. Daddy's boy ceo who had a nice break on his cv due to what was it... stress (is that not called working) you think they will get a penny back from failed rto, do you no think they will delay, appeal, delay, appeal till may till cash is run out and nuog go bust.

The co-director of TERRIOKO, the new company formed and hesdquarted at NUOG's address, is also the director of DELTA WASTE MANAGEMENT in SA , a quite sizeable private business in recycling, make of that what you will also.

Ok well some of it may have gone to consultancy fees but a lot went in due diligence and lawyers and so forth. You seem to be saying its all just one big play act but that seems a little far fetched even for me. I think its extremely unlikely that anyone would go to the trouble to change the direction of the company from oil and gas to recycling if that was so. Why not just leave it at oil and gas. I think they had a deal but the target walked away. I also think, around January time, when JAY formed TERRIEKO, they also thought they had a deal but its obviously run into some headwinds.

The lawyers and the NOMAD and the accountant will have got most of the 800k, (there is still 190k left). Maybe 300 k went to the directors and support staff.

Your time maybe cheaper but these people dont waste time for a few 10s of thousands of pounds each. Honestly, I am sure they have better things to do and a lot more money then us.

Try as i might i cant see how anyone would concoct such an elaborate scheme to get 200-300 k divided between at lease 5 different staff/directors? Is it worth the headache and the negative publicity/impact on their CV's?

A lot of that 1 mill went on due diligance for lawyers for the RTO which, according to NUOG, is being reclaimed back from the target acquisition. My guess is less 300000 went on salaries after other costs are stripped out. Possibly less then 200000, you guys are very small minded if you think that is what the G4 deal was about

The million quid had to be shared betweem lawyers, the Nomad, bank fees, accountants, payment to directors, employees, secretaries . Its lasted quite well and there is still 190K left by the last reckoning. More then enough to MAY especially with the government aid. You guys are focusing on the minor isssues and ignoring the bigger picture..

Look its pretty obvious they would like to do a deal but are having problems raising financing or getting an RTO candidate to agree to take NUOG paper. Its nonsense to suggest that all they were after was a million quid divided between how many people? Corrona has hardly helped, but the team will keep trying until May, or longer of an extension is granted. It may be, or it may not, but to get it NUOG will have to show progess I would have thought.

Its taken too long now and expectations are fading a bit. I am not Dermot or Declan or Jay or any other Nuog employer- I wish I were lol. As it happens I am a investor who appears, at this stage, to not be "a stakeholder" as I havent been consulted about anything. I am merely waiting for news like all the other mug punters of yesteryear.
