Nomenca Ltd. has begun a £22 million expansion of South East Water’s Bray Keleher Water Treatment Works in Berkshire that will see the treatment works increase approximately one-third in size and output.

Another decent sized project...



Those trades at 496 are sells. Clearly MM want stock for someone as we haven't seen enough buys going through for the MM to offer that sort of price otherwise

Leicester City Contract.

Lot 3 is worth £44m over 4 years split between North Midland, J Tomlinson and Seddons
Lot 4 is worth £156m over 4 years split between North Midland, Kier, Clegg and Morgan Sindall.

44/3+ 156/4 = £54m for NMD over 4 years provided they all get an equal amount (which they won't)

Or about £13m a year which is about 4.2% of NMD turnover. Nice.

The spread is telling us something. I am being quoted 471p to sell 500 shares and 455p to sell 5000.

The spread looks like 40p but it's less. It discourages buying but if you want to sell the MM's will happily take your shares off you at a considerable premium to the bid.


Once they've balanced their book they will close the spread up somewhat. Unless they get a big sell it's likely to close to the upside as the MM's are struggling to get stock to balance their books.


Bottom line.. The share price rose from 330p at the start of August to 450p at the end of August and considering that rise very little volume has gone through. That's a 38% rise as it went XD in the same period. The lack of sellers tells us the level of conviction of those holding shares is very high.

NMD have been awarded a place on Leicester City Council's 240m Construction framework including the two highest value plots for projects within the £700k to £2m and £1.8m upwards. The project aims to deliver regeneration and schools projects over the next 4 years. Good news for the order book!Source: thebusinessdesk

Don't often see 1,000 shares PI traded! Just think where this would zoom to if it was tipped?! Divi due to be paid in the next 10 days or so....DYOR, all to play for.

Lovely opening to the week IMO....onwards through £5 maybe this week would be jubbly. Maybe a proper re-rating to take us to heady heights of hey, who knows, an EV/EBITDA multiple of over 5?!

could only go back 5 years CC2014 so didn't see the 2007 one!! Blimey that is a long time ago.
