24/8/2018 13:50 | All time high appears to be 530 traded on May 20 2007. However, there appear to be only 4 days that traded above 500 so you would have had to be quick to trade at those prices. Apart from around 10 days, 480 was the top, the rest just looks like a spike blow off top. | cc2014
24/8/2018 13:44 | Might get on the risers list at this rate. Could help... | dround87
24/8/2018 13:28 | off we go, fiver here we come...jubbly...sorr | qs99
24/8/2018 12:56 | Is this an all time high? And still ridiculously cheap IMO if management continue to deliver as they seem to be. DYOR natch,.....hardened holders here it would seem, not many newbies....GLA | qs99
24/8/2018 11:30 | Nice spot, thanks BB2. Really think that the housing dev part could/should be a real growth / profit / cash area for NMD, tip toeing in is no bad way of de-risking as best as possible....hay to be made there tho...DYOR | qs99
24/8/2018 09:21 | haha, maybe, but as an owner of both, which would be ungeared if merged, then it could be quite a powerful unit. Anyway, as both become more ungeared it allows more investment opportunities, either in house building or whatever as well as yield so lets hope both managements continue to deliver, be prudent and don't go bonkers on paying out too much to themselves as other PLCs tend to do!!! Good weekends. | qs99
24/8/2018 09:15 | haha - you are in optimistic merger mode again QS??? I really can't see it. Chances are like zero imho but if you wanted to think that way their head offices are just down the road from each other. I see we have a bit of nibble buying yesterday afternoon and this morning. All the results being released in construction are optimistic at the moment so there's nothing for us to do but sit back and wait. | cc2014
24/8/2018 08:48 | Decent results by BOOT this morning FYI....could be an interesting one to link the two? Any thoughts on that? | qs99

17/8/2018 06:31 | Could be a couple of reasons for the jump on XD. The property and investment investment show announced that they had signed a 3.7mil contract at Sutton in Ashfield. https://propertyandb | dround87
16/8/2018 22:16 | That's a shame. They really do need to sort their IR out....blimey...than | qs99
16/8/2018 16:36 | No mention in IC. Bit of a bummer but it's still a massively undervalued stock imo. It'll come. | dround87
16/8/2018 14:38 | I'll have a look through the IC tonight and let you know what's up | dround87
16/8/2018 10:19 | Happy days then with it going up. 6p in the bank plus the 15p rise....let's hope the IC covers it in glory and we can zoom through a fiver DYOR | qs99

15/8/2018 11:13 | not a bad analysis....surprise | qs99
14/8/2018 09:09 | I would hope so...as does the Board as per interims..... "The board is anticipating further revenue growth coupled with an enhanced margin percentage" Also worth noting that whilst there is the 2017 5 year 5% margin target, there was the interim 3% target by 2019....... | jaf111
14/8/2018 08:54 | My question is will the margin improvement in Q2 be replicated for the full year? Turnover Profit Margin Q1 74.55 0.64m 0.86% Q2 86.31 1.87m 2.17% If it is we get 0.64+1.87+1.87+1.87 = £6.25m, which gives an EPS of 49.9p There is one clue in the interim accounts which suggests it will be... "The Water segment continues to provide growth in both revenue and earnings on the back of peak levels of investment by the water companies in the middle of the AMP6 programme, coupled with the high levels of activity on the major joint venture projects currently under construction. Operating profit advanced to GBP2.57 million (H1 FY17 restated: GBP1.00 million) on revenues increased by 32.4% to GBP112.07 million (H1 FY17 restated: GBP84.64 million). A maintained performance is forecast for the full financial year." | cc2014
13/8/2018 08:43 | let's hope we see some tips this week in the usual rags....DYOR | qs99 |
