Hoping next RNS should be any time no?

There is movement - it's just drip drip selling day after day.

Usually one trade a day.

Why anyone would want to sell is beyond me with all the directors buying recently is beyond me but I guess people have their reasons (death, divorce, pension drawdown, mortgage to pay).

Or maybe they just want out before the half time results.

Anyways, a nice project write up today on the website.

Certainly hoping that the interims will spark some life here....
AGM statement mid May was pretty upbeat followed by CEO purchase of shares in June making the rather stagnant share price performance rather surprising.......

If only they could predict where rain will fall, tides will rise and fires will start. Unfortunately the increasing use of concrete, hard standing and reduction on natural grass and plants for gardens and public areas contributes an unknown flood risk on its own. Remember any flood defence built in one area, increases the flood risk else where, and they do not always know where the water will go.

Indeed, 3 or so weeks and as you say, the MMs are absorbing them quite well, IMO for such a tightly held stock that is encouraging....let's see! Good weekend and DYOR

Tbh I doubt it's going to go up with all this drip drip selling.

500 shares a day, 1000 shares a day, 300 shares a day. 3-4 days out of 5 it happens.

I'm not sure who is selling or why but it's clear the market is absorbing them quite happily.

We'll have to wait for the interim results

What surprises me most is not that the long term holders continue to add but how much volume they have obtained given how thinly traded this stock is.

I am interested to understand the large 40k trade which presumably is a week delayed and provided the 30k shares to John Homer which was reported a few days ago.

That's 0.4% of the share capital so given how tightly held the shares are that's a fair chunk sold by someone.

I assume it must have been an institution as a PI would have been more minded to drip them into the market and get a better price.

Maybe they have more but whatever the market seems clearly able to absorb them,

Personally and yes I am v. long here, but all these director buying RNSs ahead of what is in effect their Interim close period for 6 months to 30 June 2018 bodes well IMO and I have topped up accordingly over last month or so. No doubt that is the kiss of death, but hey, the graph is moving ahead v.nicely....DYOR and roll on those interims.....and maybe an update on the appeal for costs on the legacy court case that would be nice icing....

VP: £390m market cap, net debt £180m, ROCE 15%, yield increasing, bedding down recent deals, Intl div only £1m profit so massive scope for growth, infrastructure and housing UK still needing spending IMO, recovery in oil and gas....OP + depreciation is over £80m so EBITDA looks solid vs valuation IMO and debt can hopefully start to be paid down....

DYOR and that is just my little view!

Incase some of you missed it, nice contract win for Nomenca👍

Specialist Engineering and Construction contractor, Nomenca Limited, have recently been successful in securing a £1.8m contract with Affinity Water at Clay Lane WTW and a £370k contract with United Utilities at Davyhulme WwTW.

Interim results not until August, so not sure there would be any need for an update until them, so am holding on to see what the next update brings....unless of course there was news on the court side of things? Any views? DYOR
