Still over 6% registered shorts but good to see AQR reducing today. Im holding on to my stock. Its been a traumatic ride but feeling so good at the moment

This is great news - i am buying along them, and so should you to enjoy the ride ! :)
Given volumes, this shld support and take the stock to 35 or even 40.
AQR reducing shld trigger gladstone and the rest to panic and close too before its too late. Am going into this without leverage to be able to sustain any bumps in my ride up.

alexka, I bow to your continued analysis. My RSI is rapidly approaching a sell status so I'll have to consider some profit but 30 squids look fairly close.

It seems that volume is too low for the shorts to be buying back much. What’s the vol of short interest 5-10 shares?

I said I will celebrate when it's 35 with by the looks of it will be end of September, I won't SELL then but will definitely be down at the pub having a few pints

repost from twitter: Nice steady rise, i wld buy the trend and keep on holding, heading to 35 - shorts still at peak levels and heading for short squeeze. They will need to close soon. Also September, month of roadshows! LTH should get in, still undervalued.Buyback to accelerate rise.

I see that a buy of 5k stocks increased the price by 8p. Not much stock about. Don’t feed them any. I don’t think there’s must resistance from 26-27.70

Yes guys, dont sell, will go up, dont feed some stocks to the existing short sellers, let it squeeze. 35+ is also my target! We arent that far! :)

The main thing here is that there has been some interest in buying so stake has been built so the only way is up for this baby!

Well Fosun didn't deny it, so I would assume its real. Headline was Fosun and another bidder (competing bids). Maybe Fosun and the stakeholders havent agreed on a price. Once again, even if that is the case, its very positive news, meaning that the stakeholders believe so much in the company and prospects that they wont sell a large stake at prevailing levels. So either way its very good news. So we may hear or not about these bids, but doesn't matter as long as there was indeed an interest to buy.
So as long as not denied I would assume its real.
Irrespective of all that with such results and cashflows and future projects NO REASONS WHATSOEVER for the stock to have such huge short interest. This is the thing. So any positive catalyst, even if very small, will drive the stock very high. Finance 101! :)
If no positive catalyst, thats fine, expect the stock to be supported and to increase steadily and a lot till they close. The shorts wont hold their shorts post December, they are HF afterall and need to close their books. Its costing them probably a few percentage to short (Dividend yield + cost of lending, so maybe 3%+ ). Negative carry, no fundamentals, Negative trend (created by them) is reversing to a positive trend. I would be panicking so much now if I am AQR and the others.
