01/4/2020 12:46 | You are Correct borg45, I don’t own any shares in this. I had no idea that such ownership was a pre-requisite of posting here. May I ‘ask’, do you own any shares in NMC? tia | ![]() monte1

01/4/2020 10:17 | Dudi... Few days ago you compared WLFE who ended up in administration with NMC and concluded that NMC going that way. I asked you to explain circumstances where your invested company ended in administration. No reply so I looked at this insignificant AIM listed company digging for Tungston in SE of England! Its excavation machinery didn't work, it was very noisy mine so H&S was a big issue, and there was not enough Tungston to extract...so creditors withdraw financial support, and company went to administration and you lost all your investment...that is expected. Any body with a bit of sense would have realised there is no commercially viable Tungston Mine in SE of England. You compare that company with NMC...that is being mis leading at best. | ![]() karateboy
01/4/2020 09:37 | I have written off my very small holding here. If by some miracle it trades again then I can see it being easily 90% down. Suppose i'll just keep it i the bottom draw if that happens but doubt it will reach back to old prices before I retire (about 30 years haha) | lako42
01/4/2020 08:52 | I think they did not go bust on the basis the reported debt then was far less than What they now know. Its obviously trading at the moment and some folks working behind the scene. I’m surprised nothing has leaked out as Typically someone shares some news? | zammo_1
01/4/2020 05:00 | In all cases , Iam pretty sure MNC will be rescued because if there is any intention for the company to be busted , they would announce it from the first day of suspension without wasting their time and money. | ![]() nael2020
31/3/2020 22:26 | Russell pretty shrewd, if back to market, would suggest £1.10, and will quickly drop to maybe 40p. Long termers could bail, not exactly in a large bear trap. 2.4%? I think Muddy Waters has made his point. Well done him | ![]() dudishes

31/3/2020 11:54 | 'The state-owned lender is currently seen as one of the biggest creditors to NMC, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. HSBC Holdings Plc, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Standard Chartered Plc also have large outstanding loans to the Abu Dhabi-based company, the people said. Some of the lenders are in talks to set up a committee to discuss ways to recover funds from NMC, according to the people. The company’s known debt pile has more than tripled in recent weeks to $6.6 billion, up from the $2.1 billion reported at the end of June, after it successively uncovered borrowings that hadn’t been disclosed to the board.' Shares of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank fell 4.9% at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday local time, giving the lender a market value of about $8.8 billion. The benchmark ADX General Index fell 0.3%. Chairman Change NMC said this month it found evidence of suspected fraud and debt that had been used for unknown purposes. The company’s chief financial officer and chairman have resigned. The situation is fluid, and the full extent of NMC’s debt load may not be known yet, the people said. Representatives for NMC and the banks declined to comment. | ![]() farrugia

30/3/2020 16:39 | Urban...did you mean Major share holders..Shetty and others.... Lenders 84 of them lended more than $4b unapproved by NMC board and undeclared to market. How was that allowed to happen within the tight banking system governance since 2008 credit crunch. U.K. Banks still paying compensations for mis selling insurrence covers which people didn't need but misled to take. | ![]() karateboy
30/3/2020 14:04 | The one thing we can say, the management post Muddy Waters is infinitely better than the management pre Muddy Waters. | ![]() urbanvoltage |
