Nael I think it will be put into administration. The hospitals can still run. Same happened over at Debenhams. Shareholders got zilch and some stores are still open for business.

@Asusasus, Its threating games between each other , finally I assure you again the NMC will never be administrated as this action not in the favourite of any party.
Because the lenders are involved in the fraud activities whether in one way or another , The UAE authority will never allow it to happen at this current specially when NMC is participating to tackle the corona crisis.

Can I say few things.
1. These self congratulating guys who never invested in Ftse 100 companies, please set a separate board and put the title as ' people who enjoy other investors lose money' because that is what you all are, unbelievable ...you guys really enjoy other investor losing money and show it in public ....

2. ADCB with only about 16 % of the total current debts can request the company to go into administration but court may not agree unles majority of the creditors also support it. ADCB has to understand as the company said they will not get preferential treatments, all creditors are equal.Let's see what RNS says Monday.

3. Creditors are implicit in this fraudulent activities, they may all agree to put the company into administration to make sure the can of worms never get opened,... But that won't be end of it.n
4. We as shareholders will take the issue to court to expose the lack of governance in UAE banking system and criminal activities in all levels.This is good for all PIs and even those people who enjoy others losing money...

If its any consolation Asusasus, I lost my entire Sipp pension account to Northern Rock in 2008 and have since built my pension fund up to be a very good pension fund!
