‘When the NMC start again’

I think that ‘IF NMC shares relist’ would be a more realistic statement to make.

@Dudishes Evenl if the Russell decided the share price for the NMC is 116,3, when the NMC start again, it will be very difficult if not impossible to buy even one share at this price due to the following

1- Most of the current share holder they will never sell, its on opposite way, they will try to compensate and balance the value of their previous shares buy buying a new shares specially when previous shares had been sold between 7-12.5£
2- a new share holder they will intersted to buy shares as they think its a great investment opportunity
3- Could be the new NMC board will never agree, in case of the NMC will be acquired by another company if it will buy the whole stakes of the NMC , leggily NMC will be acquired and dominated by another company
4- NMC can not be started again unless reconsolidate all the financial and legal issues
5- Only the potential option which more like it. the NMC will be bailout and the share prices will be in line with current market prices and situation which I think it will be more like it, its just a time matter

Russell give fair value @ 116,3p. against £9 when shop shut.

If restated to bottom draw mkt, would suggest Russell are being generous?

All these will come up in the court. It is unfortunate that like with any court cases it will go for a while. We have already seen American depositary share holders getting ready to take it to American court. Has any share holder complained to FCA?

You can leave if owe any money in UAE, in fact, I can write cheques that bounce, up to 50K dollars and get away with a trivial fine....only in the UAE

Im sure a lot of money was siphoned off on other investments presumed to be NMC, but in the end only funded by NMC.

I know of one Hospital complex, built by the 'organization' but then 'owned' by one of the major shareholders, and what's worse...leased back to the organization on a 25 yr fixed lease (and at a premium)...wish i was that shrewd

In theory you can not leave the UAE owing money, maybe they will ask their Saudi neighbours to invite him to the local KSA embassy?

With the weight of financial muscle who are owed I wouldn't want to serve time in an Arab prison along with his family if proven to be complicit.He may well surrender his assets what's left of them, they also may get him to agree loans were in fraudulent and have no legal attachment to NMC, wishing thinking but anything is possible.

Quite a lot of money there unless he has borrowed against that lot as well. I'm looking forward to reading the book when it comes out,what a story. Fortunately company bailouts are quite the fashion at the moment. Just print the money, everyone else is! Because everyone is asking for a bailout now....why not bailout NMC ?

I thought i read some where that some but not all shares were sold and that Shetty still held shares under 30%

Official story is the shares were sold by banks unbeknownst to shetty. Some statements suggest he’s even questioning the legality of those sales.

They need to sort out NMC real debts including any unauthorised debts before this can come back to market to prevent ' car crash' .

Dr Shetty was telling UAE after MW report and share price collapse that he wanted to take over NMC and go back to the board, to prop up the share price , at the same time he was selling his shares at £12.50, crashing the share price further..it is very obvious hopefully to FCA , this man and his crooks set up these companies for fraudulent activities from day 1. Time has come to get SFO involved now.
