24/3/2020 08:47 | No news is good news! I guess if they found more skeletons in the closet, they would have told us by now. | karateboy
24/3/2020 08:47 | You can believe that the wealth in NMC shareholders, it will be an avalanche of legal proceedings, shetty and co will be in court for years to come, one thing is for sure there are finished , the courts will be instructed to go after everything they own and associated in.I would like to see thing ring fenced and kept separate from the company, then new owners could make an approach based on actual figures and actual debt that belongs to NMC.Auditors better check their liability insurance because they are going to get hammered | jasonblue66
24/3/2020 08:41 | “justice for shareholders” comment in article. Does that mean just retribution or any restoration of value ? | ham74

22/3/2020 08:51 | That is a good point Wayne. Let's wait and see. Sooner or later, share holders small or big will come together and decide who will they be taking to courts for damages: 1. Executive directors for gross negligence 2. Main share holders for use of NMC resources for their own benefits 3. Banks who provided another $2.7b credit facilities without proper due diligence. Some of them may be the same banks who provided the declared $2b credit facilities. 4. NMC accountants who verified the fraudulent and very duggy accounts. 5. UAE for lack of governance covering finance institutions 6. FCA for lack proper oversights | karateboy |
