You had plenty of warning to get out of NMC but you carried on with the trend!

You are only half right karateboy, the creditors will be turned into shareholders, but the d4e swap will leave ordinary shareholders with no more than buttons.

Chairman is not threatening creditors, it is sensible business decision, as there is not enough assets to go round and pay more than $6b to creditors, if there was enough assets, creditors would have taken the company to administration by now and sold different part of the companies and got their money back. By not favouring any creditors, the chairman is playing his cards intelligently telling creditors , you are all equal and there is not enough assets for you all and by taking the company through administrations you will get significantly less as the crucial staff will leave and hospitals turn into buildings,...so it is better for all creditors to work with him, to get the company back on its feet and listed again and in time , creditors turned into share holders and may get their money back in few years time,........next few weeks we should hear how restructuring is going. Don't forget we still own the company and will vote on any restructuring...

ADCB applies to UK high court to put nmc into administration. So is ADCB or Belhoul likely to prevail?

Belhoul also said that everything “in his power” would be done to “recover misused funds and ensure those involved in any wrongdoing were prosecuted”.....seems to me the banks were complicit in the fraud...that's the only reason why they would want this to go into administration...they stand a better chance of getting more money back if the new management are given a chance...I remember reading on Bloomberg a few years ago that the banks had been fined over £300 billion world wide for illegal activity since 2009...libor fixing....FX front running...PPI...drug cartel money laundering...HSBC...etc...they sound like perfect partners to fraudsters with all the associated kickbacks...and now the Trillions going into backdoor bailouts...Repo market scandal...what a world of greed and corruption on an epic scale. As for the "herd" well, we are told to stay in our houses while our businesses collapse or our jobs disappear...I sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

From another side , you can consider it as a good point for the NMC to have powerful and brave chairman

Its just garbage threating to the creditors to be more flexible with the debts , he cannot do it at this current time as his company owns 9% of the NMC stakes

Tough talk from Chairman FB about recovering misused funds and securing value for creditors and shareholders. Actions speak louder than words but this is not over yet. It could still be a zero for shareholders but that’s not definite yet.

AT THE CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE $1.04 IS £0.85, THEREFORE, NMC ARE £0.85 TOO MUCH!
