22/2/2015 12:21 | Hi, confusing, looks like though the clock just gets turned back four years and we are all back to how it was...I think, I'm just not sure. Interesting to watch it all unfold though, surely some sort of update due now.. I hope. IMO | peckhamrye1
22/2/2015 12:04 | The convertible loans from NGP to Oman resources - does that mean Oman Resources owns parts of Alpay and/or Arar? | welsh2
22/2/2015 11:52 | All court records now on solo heck. Basically oman has to submit its re turns pay any taxes outstanding etc..Plenty of your week deadlines, so that would be to the 4th march for all company house info to be sorted and other things to happen I guess. Rp swore the affadavid etc so all proper legal stuff. Tye docs about 5 pages long, in short, in my opinion, oman resources is back from the dead. Bit like the filmGregory peck was in. Imo... Please check and do your own research etc... | peckhamrye1
22/2/2015 11:41 | hxxp://www.solocheck High court order restoring a company. My guess is all the accounts from 2011 have to filed, late payment charges for all non filed docs made, annual returns put in etc, if Ireland operates the same as uk in company filings etc. Thereafter I guess office liquidator called in to look over events etc report back in formal way. Al guesswork on my part IMO, Dyor.. Solo check is the link to the irish companies house, judgement 4 th feb, doc awaited on solo check. Again IMO, gla. | peckhamrye1
19/2/2015 11:32 | Had a look and these Dublin High Court cases can go on for weeks it seems | welsh2
05/2/2015 07:56 | Seems no news this week either | welsh2
30/1/2015 10:30 | Would have thought that such a result would warrant an announcement. | panadin
30/1/2015 10:23 | settled out of court? | welsh2
30/1/2015 09:59 | Looks like the case may not have been heard; there has certainly been no press coverage which I would have expected has there been a hearing and a result. Not sure what value to shareholders would accrue from bod expending scarce resources on a high court case which doesn't come cheap. It is unlikely that Oman has any cash as it would have paid the 18m to Alpay; at least one would hope the bod would have satisfied themselves on this point. | panadin
30/1/2015 09:47 | looks like no news this week | welsh2
27/1/2015 10:50 | Anyone heard anything on the case? | exiled
26/1/2015 14:14 | certainly you would think there would be something that can be updated this week | welsh2
26/1/2015 12:14 | i would imagine the hearing will be heard this morning. it's in the high court so presumably the judge will make a call. then it can presumably be appealed... that or they do a deal before hand like you see with this sort of thing... let's see if there's an update later from the company. | the_curmudgeon
26/1/2015 11:58 | does the hearing last 1 day as it is due to be heard today or is it a long process | welsh2
26/1/2015 11:44 | Yes... something along the lines of... "Mr _________ is very sorry and contrite for all the angst and trouble he has caused Niche Group and its loyal (as in tied in) / long suffering shareholders. Not only will he return the loan in its entirety (by the end of the day), but will also pay 50% pa interest on the outstanding monies. Niche Group will relist later this week and will have cash in the bank of approx £30million for future investment." ...would be nice. Never gonna happen of course. Adjournment for another 6 months is my bet... "T" | t-raider
26/1/2015 11:19 | so the hearing is in the High Court today... hopefully an update from the board later today. | the_curmudgeon
