From the RNS ..looks as if due diligence may have uncovered some issues that were not conducive to NGP......better this then going ahead with farm-in and finding out later.

Hopefully completion of the said Turkey deal and fundraising will enable NGP to re-list soon...

Not investing in Nervesa seems disappointing on the face of it - will reserve judgement on that until i understand it more - however, the turkey deal would make this company far more valuable than when I first invested in it and the RNS says:

"..is making excellent progress towards reaching formal terms to increase its interests in Turkey..."

so if that's the focus then I am happy...

Sound Oil's CEO saying the farm in was the most generous one he'd seen for a number of years, may have swayed the diligence. Good decision if it meant paying through the nose.

Still want to see the notification of fundraising complete though.

Not much for us to chew on though... it refers to Nervesa as approaching, but not whether Niche will still play a part.

The oilbarrel report was all what we already knew... let's hope its release was sanctioned by the company because funding is there or there abouts.

At last some transparency from the Company, hopefully they will continue to update us on a regular basis.
TC, I can't admit to much optimism just yet, unlike you I am a realist and any fool can see that there is a long way to go and I would still bet odds against my shares ever reaching the 6-7p that I paid for them. Hopefully I'm wrong, but they will still remain a write off in my portfolio unless they do indeed get relisted.
But you wont read this will you, you have me blocked don't you! Lol

excellent article. i wonder is our friend delgarcon finally allowing for some optimism? ;-)) onwards and upwards. as i said recently - the company looks far more investable now than it was several years ago when we all bought in!!
