01/5/2014 15:46 | Acta.topup..... I'm more your side of the trade than the sell side. I was interested to see if people were willing to sell at that price... being the risk still remains of no return at all. I would consider buying as well at that price. Waiting for news of a fund raising ( for the $6m )... imagine they won't want to issue the shares at less than a penny ( as per the last fund raising ). "T" | t-raider

15/4/2014 13:56 | Niche Group plc("Niche" or "the Group")Participation in Turkish assets and Company updateNiche Group plc, the energy investment company, notes today's announcement by San Leon Energy plc ("San Leon") concerning their previously announced proposed investment in Alpay Enerji A.S. ("Alpay"), a Turkish oil and gas company in which Niche owns a 5% interest. The Group wishes to state that Niche's shareholding in Alpay is unaffected by San Leon's decision not to proceed with the proposed purchase of a 75% equity interest in the Turkish company and instead to evaluate Alpay's assets for specific farm-in on a case by case basis.Niche continues to be in regular dialogue with San Leon to collaborate on their plans with respect to Alpay's licenses and further announcements will be made to update shareholders accordingly.Since its last shareholder update Niche has actively pursued investment opportunities in producing or near-producing energy assets, with an emphasis on cash flow generation. Whilst the majority of opportunities reviewed have not met the Group's investment criteria, a pipeline of potential investments has been generated and is being further analysed. Niche continues to engage in discussions with relevant parties with a view to entering into a transaction following which a relisting of the Company on AIM will be sought. | witheco
