11/8/2014 16:59 | Still better than 0p "T" | t-raider
11/8/2014 16:58 | 1 or 2p yuk my average is 6p:-( | fatfish
11/8/2014 16:50 | My opinion would be any relisting will not be below a penny ( if it happens ). Core players raised the £1m to keep it going and they won't want to see that effort diluted. Betweeen 1-2p would appear realistic. "T" | t-raider
11/8/2014 16:43 | Yohoho.... Being in London I could have attended... I attended the 3 or 4 meetings prior to the suspension and delisting. How can you not be cautious about these?.... currently your holding is nigh on worthless and has been for a couple of years. The company's track record is appalling. I'd love the investment I wrote off some time ago, to have value, but I remember the RTO with Alpay that left us with nothing in the first place. F Alpay is slippery... Niche and San Leon have first hand experience..... Niche have struggled to raise funding before as well... I'm not negative... very cautiously optimistic, but talk and posts on a website are cheap... lets see something tangible. Successful fund raising will be fantastic ! Should know within a week or two... "T" | t-raider
11/8/2014 16:20 | PI's allowed John McKeon to exit with fat profits while we suffered the fall out. The new assets will require big investment and of course dilution. But for us the question is at what price? This determines everything. Will it be at 1p, 0.5p or will it surprise us and be at 2p+? | acta_topup
11/8/2014 16:13 | You're 100% right T-R. Anyone who listens to our resident idiot be very careful. Even if the funds are raised, there's going to be a lot of dilution and imo it's still long odds against a lot of us getting our money back, especially those of us that followed Mkeown at around 7p. I wrote off the value of my shares a while ago and any returns would be a welcome surprise with the emphasis on surprise. Like TC I'm an optimist, unlike TC I'm also a realist and am prepared for the worst. | delgarcon
11/8/2014 16:08 | T-Raider, you haven't answered my question. Since you seem to have the inside track here, how is that, why weren't you at the AGM and why are you always so negative? | yohoho
11/8/2014 13:13 | T-raider. In fairness there's only really one box to tick there, raise the funds. The heads of agreements are in place as far as I know and the relisting is simply a step after funding. So it's the funding and then we're back in play IMHO | the_curmudgeon
11/8/2014 10:27 | I'm not getting excited till the funds are raised, the assets are on our books and we're a listed entity once again ! Still lots of boxes to tick. "T" | t-raider
11/8/2014 09:32 | For Theis a jolly good fellow, for Theis a jolly good fellow.............. | delgarcon
11/8/2014 01:53 | Acta - that would be my feeling also, however, it would be nice to know!! ;-) looking good guys! relisting soon hopefully and stronger than ever before. bigger stake in turkey coupled potentially with the italian asset... plus a strong focused management team with Theis doing an excellent job since he came on board. | the_curmudgeon
10/8/2014 00:09 | If they didn't think that they could raise the money they wouldn't have progressed to this point. Looks like things may finally be about to recover here | acta_topup
09/8/2014 22:59 | Did anyone get the opportunity to ask Chris Theis re. raising the money to get these deals over the line? | the_curmudgeon
08/8/2014 22:35 | T-Raider. Why didn't you go to the meeting yourself as you seem to have the inside track here? | yohoho
08/8/2014 20:51 | hear hear T-Raider. confirmation on the website. funding secures a strong relisting (stronger than before!) | the_curmudgeon
08/8/2014 20:08 | Website confirms resolutions passed. Now for funding !.... not a great time to raise funds over the holiday period !Lets hope it's already in the bag."T" | t-raider
08/8/2014 16:42 | Anyone attend the agm? Any update from it. | smithy156
08/8/2014 16:05 | AGM happening now or may be finished already.Expect all resolutions passed and hopefully news of funding next week.Fingers crossed."T" | t-raider
06/8/2014 16:39 | if anyone is at the AGM on Friday I'd greatly appreciate any update you may have (as I'm sure others on here would). TIA Also, if anyone is attending I'd really like to know if Chris Theis has investors lined up to close these deals - i.e. how far along the road is the fundraising? | the_curmudgeon
01/8/2014 21:07 | yeah guys, if Chris Theis can put the finance together for Sound Oil and the 85% Arar deal then he really will have turned this around (more than turned it around - vastly improved it!!) | the_curmudgeon
01/8/2014 11:29 | So....we should expect sign up the farm-in on Nervasa... "shortly".......once this is done looking better to see this re-lsited by end of year...here's hoping eh ! Roll on AGM...:o) | sirraman
01/8/2014 07:59 | Fron SOU RNS released today: Nervesa Long Lead Items Sound Oil, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to update investors on its continued progress with the proposed second well addressing the Southern limb of the Nervesa gas discovery, onshore Italy. The 5,000psi single completion wellhead has now been delivered to a local warehouse and is ready for installation. The remaining long lead items have now also been ordered and are scheduled for delivery during September. These additional items include a full set of casing, tubing and the liner hanger. James Parsons, Sound Oil's Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Preparations for the second appraisal well on the 24 Bscf Nervesa gas discovery continue. The arrival of the wellhead and the procurement of the long lead items positions us, from September 2014, to commence operations on site immediately once the permission to drill is granted. The discovery has an estimated NPV10 of circa US$66 million (100%) and is expected to provide material cash flows to the Company from 2015. The previously announced farm in on this asset is expected to be signed shortly." | sleveen
30/7/2014 21:26 | And we can secure it with 100% of nothing ! "T" | t-raider
30/7/2014 16:29 | Maybe Oman will give us a loan. | elbillo |
