Divide your current holding by 400 and that's how many shares you will hold in the new company. If they can sell the legacy Turkish assets, you'll get a proportion of the proceeds as a divi based on the deferred shares that will also be issued. Managements enthusiasm to gain any decent return may be mooted, but they at least they hold deferred shares too. "T"

So basically for every 400 shares you own in the old company, you will get 1 in the new...... Yeah that's pretty much a wipeout !Wouldn't be hopeful on any divi for the deferred shares as current assets are pretty worthless !!"T"

The directors of NGP need to ring around all the brokers etc....

Not yet westmoreland lad as M has not been available but will will do or someone else from the firm.

Worth going to the website www.nichegroupplc.com and reading up. IMHO it is best that existing NGP shareholders back the proposals. Hopefully we will finally see some return from NGP!

hi tr, they seem confident given that they have appointed nomads etc....

my guess is they are waiting till oman is completely dead and buried, so no bs can crawl out the woodwork.

reading the sound poil bb on lse, many think ngp will be working with them, and also turkey has had a mention once or twice in postings there.

all imo..

interesting.. a court order is normally telling someone to do something.

if its the liquidators report it would have said so.

wonder if oman complied, and ngp have had to go back into court...

all imo..

sound have been on the upswing, theres the baldi and nervsea drills for gas/oil and im not sure what funding is needed by them as they dont say they are struggling and last time a big investor came in with money that they called a cornerstone investor.

ngp say its all about near term returns so it has to be a drill thats got all the cprs in place and must be about to drill and then got premission to flow test.

so far, i keep thinking its ukog, dunno why just do.. be a good investment.

as for alplay id forget about it if ngp got its money back from jk etc.. also, someone posted the link up to the ardilaun website... its got enzo zappo on it as a director... he's on the ngp bod as well.wtf

all imo..

Good qu. It was NGp that presented it, so that stopped oman from just dissolving in a natural or normal way.

NGp must have a reason for this line of action, normally it's only a creditor that can wind a company up, so if NGp are a creditor they can get the liquidators report which looks into all sorts of things.

The judgement said four weeks so from the 4th that's to week after next.

Solo check irish co info will post up all the stuff with any luck.

IMO. Gla
