Saw in Shares magazine recently that they reckon SLE Share may go up alot next year as a result of this Turkey investment.

all is not lost yet then, however its a shame we little investors are not allowed to participate in any fund raising, dilution yet again for the PI. Beggers cant be choosers

still a lot of questions to be answered. 1p + warrants - not good when you bought at 6p+. Still no guarantee of relisting. plus SLE have a fantastic record of destroying shareholder value

tagsumo - the deadline for the deal automatically going through (i.e. SLE buying Niche stake in same deal Fatih got) was the friday before last! so we have to assume a deal is being done to keep us in the game?

Saw the article in the times saying" Private investors chased San Leon Energy 3% higher after Dennis McKee CE and president of United oil services talked of 'commercial discovery in shale gas in Poland in a matter of months , if not weeks' live on tv. Ref fracking that SL are customers of UOS.

sound familiar ! hope they don't fair the same way as NGP after the famous quote of 'big oil and gas' by our then consultant Mr McKeon !!

Well the San Leon offer expired Friday.

Was there a meeting to vote on the offer ? Where was 'our' opportunity to accept / decline ?

So was the £2m raised, was the offer accepted or did it lapse ?

Would have declined in hope of the fund raising and something back in the longer term.....

We should know shortly I suppose.

Yes and income generated to NGP for NGPs 5% stake could potentially also be enough to fund any future 5% commitments to the Alpay Energy programme (in Year 2 etc.) without a need to raise new shares

sell as a going concern for 2p

would be a very good turnaround by chris theis if this is the case
