must be some sort of notification on website about AGM would have thought? Will there be an annual report?

AGM at 3pm on the 8th August at the offices of Locke Lorde, 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AB

And it was £16 milliom of shares (GBP).

Expect it will be over in 5 minutes !

Unless anyone in attendance asks about Turkey specifically, I wouldn't imagine it will be discussed.

Got my AGM documentation through the post, scheduled for early August ( 8th I think )...

Extarordinary item allowing company to issue new shares up to £16 million ( think it was in GBP... must really pay more attention to these things..... )

Step towards raising the funds for the Sound Oil farm in it would seem.

Question remains, can this BoD raise that kind of money in the market and at what price !

Track record is not encouraging... but where there's hope....

Nervesa Farm Out

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that it has signed non-binding heads of terms with Niche Group plc ("Niche") for a farm down of the Company's onshore Carita licence in the Po Valley, Northern Italy (the "Heads of Terms"). The Carita licence area includes the Nervesa discovery.

Under the Heads of Terms, Niche will acquire, subject to completion of due diligence, a 27.5% interest in the Carita licence in exchange for paying 100% of the costs of a second well to address the southern part of the structure, planned for Q2/Q3 2014. Following the farm out, the Company will continue to hold a 72.5% interest in the Carita licence. The second well, to be funded by Niche, is estimated to cost Euro 6 million, including testing, completion and applicable taxes. The Heads of Terms include a binding and mutual break fee and a binding agreement is expected to be entered into during Q2 2014. The Company looks forward to updating shareholders in due course.

So Q2 is over so hoping we may hear something soon about the fund raise and the progess of this agreement ?

Is this another false dawn..?

Trying to raise the equivalent of €6million this time around... raising funds have not been this board of directors strong suit in recent years !

One would assume due diligence is complete by now.

Back in to the coma with this one...

Both Sound Oil and San Leon who NGP have been linked with of late for one reason or another, looking a little rosier after some tough times.

Might be a good time to confirm the fund raising and get that listing done !!

Come on guys... its been a long time coming and numerous 'false dawns' !

a much more comprehensive site than the last one. looks a bit more positive!

but as previous posters have said I wonder what our shares will be worth if and when we get relisted.
