You can work it back from the accounts. Allowing for the fact that R&D expenditure, along with sales and marketing have been essentially on hold.

Guys, not sure if you are familiar with PLNT, they are capped at £12 million at current 15p yet have £10 million in cash alone. Simon Cawkwell reckons they are worth 150p. Might be worth tucking a few away.

No news is good news?

I have been waiting to see if the price hit 10p as a possible entry point.

The difficulty is figuring what the price might get to on a deal eg circa 20p, balanced with the downside risk if no deal materialises.

At the moment I can't even see them getting cash price for it and they may call off the deal which may start another slide .. the BoD are useless IMHO

Sorry , I`ve deleted this part of my post ....I don`t think it`s helpful at the moment .
But , I agree with the above .

Beagle :.....We`ve had some very `Odd` trades and prices for a few weeks now .
I `Think` someone has been happy enough to mop up any of this cheap stock .
My concern is that we don`t KNOW what`s happened to the cash , and just how much is left .

ADVFN system seems to have a problem with reporting Plus deals. In fact there are 6 Plus deals today but ADVFN only show one at a time.

A 10k sell WAS on Plus earlier but now gone. Same thing happened with a 30 odd K a day or two ago. Strange.

If that was a sell, and another 10k have just gone through Plus, then at least one mm is happy to take them on board. I know it's only £4-5Ks worth,but it is still slightly re-assuring. I suppose Piper must be very careful not to be accused of gaining from inside information and will be having to play their part transparently.

. . not me this time Beagle - after my recent top-ups, I've got piles !! . . . I should think it's a sell.

We must still have around £5m cash with a market cap of £3.6m at mid-price - at this rate, we may even be attractive as a cash shell for someone who wants a quick AIM listing. Remember those golden "cash shell" days? (Knutsford springs to mind - complete madness!).

I still wouldn't be surprised if one of our major shareholders tries to take it private for around the cash value - won't be at all happy if that happens.

The other option is that the share price is being held back to make any bid premium look good, but that's an old chestnut.

Another 20k sell at 11p. I feel there is a biggish (distressed?) seller there at that price and that is what is holding us back. Every time a reasonable buy goes through he follows. GLA.

Yup it is open till March ... Hopefully something good can happen before then. It will be the last time I do any spreadbets LOL

If they can't even get cash price offer, like that other company, for NPH then the BoD need shooting IMHO
