18/11/2009 13:53 | The company is basically "for free" at the moment, so IMHO the market is wrong. I am annoyed at the PJ situatio. Has anyone had a reply? | arc2006
18/11/2009 13:33 | Makes me feel better! | mike_f
18/11/2009 13:26 | Does it really matter ? Still on a downward trend ... | ihavenoclue
18/11/2009 10:29 | Nice to see a little blue for a change. GLA | mike_f
17/11/2009 21:09 | 9999 `Thrown out` @ 15p ! Not 9998 or 10000 . Nope 9999 LOL ! | boobly
17/11/2009 20:23 | Regardless of them throwing it out at least the shareholders know the value of the offer | ihavenoclue
17/11/2009 12:16 | Boobly. The board have thrown it out too. Unsolicited. | arc2006

17/11/2009 11:44 | 10 & 15k buy on PLUS but no tick back up!? | mike_f
16/11/2009 18:03 | Boobly - 16 Nov'09 - 17:09 - 2607 of 2608 As you sold half your holding you may not be quite as anxious as others . ==================== it's not my shares that are hurting me it is a little spreadbet I took out. I was stupid and at 22p during the RNS drop i took out a spreadbet at £100 a point and the spread was awful so I need 25.5p to draw even. I was so happy when the possible offer news came out and assumed the market would blither around for a day or so and then start up towards 40p. VERY shocked that it is stipp dropping and amased that NPH chose a non independant broker that seems to be having a whale of a time doing nothing but shorting NPH. I am fully stocked elsewhere so the, what seems like, 1p a day drop is costing me £100 a day to keep it open but there is NO way I am closing it at the moment. Oh well on to better days, Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
16/11/2009 17:59 | QUINAN - 16 Nov'09 - 16:43 - 2605 of 2607 I have sent an e-mail last week, regarding the choice of broker and the way things are panning out regarding the SP, as yet no response LOL ==================== Me too ... but I am willing to bet my message was a little more strongly worded :-) | ihavenoclue
16/11/2009 17:09 | ihavenoclue :.....I don`t see `whining` , I see people , understandably , shocked , disappointed and confused at the collapse in the share price . As you sold half your holding you may not be quite as anxious as others . I imagine you`ve been in this game long enough to know that contacting the Company , or their advisors , at this point in the cycle is highly unlikely to , - no - , wiil bring NO response of any substance . This is just a forum to rationalise and debate issues opinions and concerns . We ain`t going to change anything ! (imo) Q has already reported No Response . I`m not in the least surprised , but I am disappointed that there is not even the courtesy these days of a : `Thank you for your enquiry` . (Buchanan`s mmm) Also , don`t forget the possibility of a `Knock out` before 9th December . 50p by Friday ;>) Nite all . | boobly
16/11/2009 16:44 | Boobly - 16 Nov'09 - 15:58 - 2602 of 2604 Q :....You also touch on what I believe to be the key issue : Directors ; their jobs , their salaries , and their contracts . AGREE 100%. These things take time. | arc2006
16/11/2009 16:43 | I have sent an e-mail last week, regarding the choice of broker and the way things are panning out regarding the SP, as yet no response LOL | quinan
16/11/2009 16:09 | 50p would be amazing, just going to have to sit this out for a few weeks and see what happens, very surprised there aren't any buys at this share price though, it's an amazing punt at this share price for any sceptical investors, let alone the PI's that have done their research here... GLA | mike_f
16/11/2009 16:08 | Instead of people whining .... message the company ... strength in numbers ... they can ignore one or two but several PI's might make them take notice | ihavenoclue
16/11/2009 15:58 | Q :....You also touch on what I believe to be the key issue : Directors ; their jobs , their salaries , and their contracts . | boobly
16/11/2009 15:17 | Yes, out of interest on Friday I did a dummy sell of my last buy 30k and got a quote straight away at around 16.40, (bid was 16) so whilst we have dropped I'm not seeing any real, what I would call downward pressure. | arc2006
16/11/2009 14:59 | . ....Precisely why I reposted that March RNS , and why I`m try to get a more up to date (if there is one.) view on the major shareholders . I also note that the share price has been decimated in a few weeks on a pathetic volume of sales , eg; today we were down over 5% on c. 40k . What happens to the share price if some one wants to BUY some stock :>) (I guess there`s about 6 - 7 million owned by pi`s , and it doesn`t look like they`re in any hurry to sell . I wonder if that PIPs lot are just squeezing and accumulating ? Impossible to know what`s really going on . Just keep holding in my view ! | boobly
16/11/2009 14:51 | Lets look at this the other way round... what's the worst case scenario? | mike_f
16/11/2009 14:35 | It's tough seeing it drop, very few people know anything more than we do, and whilst the market may not think the takeover will happen, remember that was the same market that bid this up to the results. Waiting game, and bids will be starting at cash, so 18p or so there for starters IMHO. Remember we had approaches immediately after the disappointing phase 3 results, so the value of the compounds remains the same. There is no reason for the same parties and others not to be interested, but remember they have only just ceased exclusive talks. I imagine the major shareholders were not prepared to wait any longer and wanted value now. The only way to get that was to put the company up for sale. As I have said before, there's no reason why it couldn't still go for 3 times where we are now. That's £9million for the company and say £5-6million for the cash. | arc2006 |
