04/11/2009 09:43 | ..." If it comes to a management buy-out, that would really stink imo." I mentioned that two or three weeks ago :>( There are `Indicators` that suggest that possibility . `Stink` would be a gross understatement , but put yourself in the position of a Director or one of their `Key` employees : How would you feel about the company that you worked for , more important the company whose huge potential success was a direct consequence of your efforts and expertise , was about to be sold to some third party that might not even wish to employ you ? AIM Directors always look after themselves FIRST . | boobly
04/11/2009 09:12 | 48k Buy on PLUS... | mike_f
04/11/2009 08:44 | One cause for concern is that Piper Jaffray, who have been appointed to "sell" the company is the same Piper Jaffrey who, as a market-maker (PIPR), has been dragging this share price down for the last few weeks. They must have unloaded hundreds of thousands of shares, sometimes very clumsily. In my opinion a totally independent merchant bank should have been employed. If this is sold on the cheap, and the indications are in place, there should be uproar from outside shareholders. If it comes to a management buy-out, that would really stink imo. | the_beagle
03/11/2009 22:12 | Wll with market cap less than cash held, with the entire portfolio given a negative value and with a possible offer rns - this mkt cap demonstrates how efficient AIM is. hmmm imho | opportunitystocks2009
03/11/2009 18:11 | Sometimes the market is very slow to react ... that is the ONLY reason I can think of that we are still bouncing around 20p | ihavenoclue
03/11/2009 16:09 | Little tick back up again... think we are going to see further apprecition this week? thought today we would have hit around 25p on this news... | mike_f
03/11/2009 13:52 | Go out to have the baby's first injections and find out the share price fell below 20p LOL for the life of me I am struggling to find answers to why the market think the company is valued @ £0 their technology must be worth more than this. Company's with no cash and not much to offer are worth more than NPH at this current level?????????????? | quinan
03/11/2009 13:43 | Just bought more at 20p | ihavenoclue
03/11/2009 13:36 | Smart bit of buying you guys , IHNF . (I Have No Funds !....Unfortunately !) | boobly
03/11/2009 13:34 | Swimmimg in these now, either I am being stupid again or what NPH have done in all these years is worth peanuts!!! | joeblogg2
03/11/2009 13:34 | Arc :......I agree with your 2501 . Strange goings on here , probably since that first spike mid August . On the face of it today`s price looks , well , stoopid . Yes , a firm bid on the table at say 25p to 30p , and that may well be the trigger for other interested parties to show their interest . | boobly
03/11/2009 13:32 | Lol, 50k Buy @ 20p just came through... | mike_f
03/11/2009 13:31 | Also got 25K at 19.88p before the last drop . . can't help myself . . | lombiff
03/11/2009 13:30 | Got 20K at 18.1p - very happy with that! | lombiff
03/11/2009 13:20 | Got to remember a profit is a profit. Also with the two big spikes recently nervous types may want to bank and cut their perceived losses. Ot perhaps they need it for the Lloyds RI! | arc2006
03/11/2009 13:19 | Got some more @ 18.5p :) GLA | mike_f
03/11/2009 13:16 | Very strange, can there be that many sellers at these prices??? | joeblogg2
03/11/2009 13:15 | yeah Mike - I've just helped myself to a few more . . good luck | lombiff
03/11/2009 13:14 | Can't believe the drop! Can't get a live price... just put another buy order in! GLA | mike_f
03/11/2009 13:06 | The company is very well respected. This is not be a firesale people, it really isn't. I too believe they have been pressurised to put the for sale sign up which is a shame, but the bottom line is they don't have enough cash to fund the major r&d. But that doesn't mean what they do have won't be fully valued at several millions IMHO. I can't see this going to the first bidder. | arc2006
03/11/2009 12:53 | Cannot believe that the buy price is now under 20p... couldn't resist another top up so bought another 5237... only small buy all helps... this will wake up this week! GLA | mike_f
03/11/2009 12:49 | This reminds me of the MERE takeover bid ... i bought at 37p .. the next day the rns came out it was 60p ... a lot got out including me as 55% profit in a day was very good but it didn't really take off till the day after the news and peaked at 125p This will wake up when others realise the value IHMO Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
03/11/2009 11:57 | ihnc - you're absolutely right - at 40p, they are getting the compounds and research to date for about £5m - it's chicken feed for a medium sized pharma, in return for getting compounds at phase 2 and 3 trial stage. Any accountants out there? Is there any value in accumulated losses, that would have a tax value to a bidder? Edit - sorry chaps and chapesses, just checked the accounts and we have surrendered tax credits in return for cash rebate, so no additional value there. | lombiff
03/11/2009 11:49 | balcony - 3 Nov'09 - 11:28 - 2494 of 2496 My guess is one or two got in at 14p or there abouts and are happy with near on 50% in less than a week,At 21p to buy now i am tempted to add ==================== Let them get out and allow people who see the true value .. even allowing for the need to sell ... to get in and see a true rise. | ihavenoclue |
